"Coming right up!" Cerri murmured, making the milk and handing it over. "Be careful and don't spill." she warned, then smiled warmly before turning to start cooking, mixing the waffle mix quickly. Before too long, she had a small stack of them, and she looked over to him again, smiling. "Do you think you can eat two, sweetie, or do you just want one?"

Arlen sipped his milk carefully while watching Cerri make the waffles. "Ummm. Just one," he said, holding up his index finger.

Cerri nodded and whistled softly as she finished up the last one; in the end, there was one for the boy and three for herself. Leaving them a moment, she picked him up and carefully set him on the floor, smiling. "You go on out and pick a seat... I'll be right there."

"Okay," Arlen said, walking a bit until he thought he was out of sight, and then rushing to climb into one of the bar stools.

"Oh, looks like I'm the only one who gets to eat!" Cerri called, proving that she had indeed seen him. "And not a crumb for the little boy who likes to run." she came out then, a plate in each hand, syrup tucked under one arm. "What did I say about running, hm?"

Kaden slowly walked down the stairs and down into the Bar area with a sad expression. River was looking for him but he didn't come to her call maybe she knew where he was. Space? He shook his head and rubbed his eye softly stopping blinded for a moment. Blinking more he looked around his one blue eye waltzing across the tables, a small smile on his face. "Hello..uh.." He stood there waiting maybe she would signal him to leave he wouldn't mind. It was understandable they looked busy with whatever they had.

"Yeah, I did." Cerri agreed solemnly. "Now, I'm not a big meanie head, so I'll give you your dinner... but next time I ask you to do something like not run, and you don't listen, I'll have to give you a time out, alright?" she asked as she set his waffle in front of him and handed over the syrup.

Arlen nodded as he pulled his plate closer. "I'm sorry," he said while pouring syrup over his dinner. "Hello!" he said, waving to Kaden.

"Hello Kaden!" Cerri greeted, not having seen him until Arlen said hello. "Are you hungry too? You can have one of my waffles." she offered with a smile.

Kaden blinked at him and smiled a little more, " Hi,," He didn't approch just stood there, blankly watching him eat in a curious manner. It was what he was eating not that he was hungry. Blinking He looked up at Cerri with a small smile. "Oh, No I don't eat that..Sweet stuff." Kaden blinked finally moving to walk over to them, slowly.

Arlen happily munched on his waffles, savoring the sweet syrup. "Mmmhmm," he exclaimed through a mouth full of fork and waffles.

Cerri watched Kaden curiously, smiling as she waved back. "See you later then." she murmured, then came around the bar to sit next to Arlen, eating her waffles slowly, watching the boy with a small smile on his face.
