"It's got equal chance of affecting you it's just that Zadina was right next to the nethicite behemoth when it blew up" he whispered back
Zadina browsed over the book "This place is near the cave right?" he asked her looking at the snow mountain, he turned to Satoshi "Can you do that jutsu Miss?"
Oassu turned his attention to Hebal "Umm hey whats up?" he said noting the odd bottle.
Itaka sat back "She may have to stay and guard the cave if she can't protect herself from it." she said with a hint of regret "But I want revenge for what happened to my arm so I'd like to uncover just exactly whats down there" he said grimly

Hebal opened the bottle "It's nothing. Just something to sort out that mist problem. Only it can sometimes have nasty side affects just after taking" she answered closing the door.
Seph stood up finishing her breakfast "We should go and see if the others are ready" she walked back down the hallway to where the others were "Are you all nearly ready?"
Alpha finished his noodles on toast and poured half a glass of sake "Don't get too carried away down there. I don't want to go through too much extra trouble for your revenge"

Satoshi shook her head "I don't have the elements to perform that jutsu. And the village will be somewhere on the other side of the mountains" she pulled her hair out of a pony tail and tidied it up with a brush, before putting it back up again "I'm ready" she told Seph.
"I'm good too but you may have to wait a little longer for Hebal" Felina told Seph finishing off a slice of toast.
"Impatient isn't she" Hayate sighed finishing off his tea and reached for his bow.

Zadina stood to attention "ready Miss Seph!!" he said with a salute.
Itaka smiled sipping his tea "I don't even know if they are the cause of it yet but don't worry." he said getting up and retrieving his sword "And Hayate sometimes you just have to put up with impatient women" he sighed "It can be such a drag" he said leaving the room.
Oassu nodded getting up "That was some breakfast but we can go now" he said glancing after Hebal "I hope she ain't gonna be deformed or something when she comes out of there." as he stood up there was a clatter from the floor below followed by angry voices "Wonder whats going on?" he said

"You should do that faster next time" Seph laughed at Zadina. "Sounds like something entertaining is happening downstairs" She grinned leaving the room to find out what it was.
Alpha got up and followed Itaka "I wonder what all the noise down there is about."

Hayate sighed and followed the others out the room "Impatient women aren't the only troublesome thing around here"
Felina squeezed Oassu's hand "We should go investigate too. Mari could be in trouble"
"I guess I'll go too. Sorry Zadina you'll have to look at the book another time" Satoshi snapped the book shut, placed it in her bag and headed out the room.

Itaka walked down the stairs where a red haired man in armour was threatening the innkeeper.
"By order of Kyato, new Master of the Samurai you must pay" a guard flanking Kyato sniggered tilting his katana at the innkeeper.
The innkeeper backed behind the counter "What happened to Master Hojo?" he whimpered.
"Assassinated" Kyato said simply "By Ice ninja, now it's time for a regime change and I've decided it's time for you villagers to pay for protection from these ninja" he smirked.
Mari burst from the closet at the side her sword falling for Kyato's head.
Kyato side-stepped the blade and held his own to her throat "So...that was you?" he said reaching for the scar on his face "I know it's dishonourable to strike a woman...but you commited treason so now you must die!" he said raising the blade.
Samanouske burst through the door behind him slicing sharply upwards knocking the sword back and throwing Kyato off balance. Kyato's cronies turned and sliced at Samanouske, one connected ripping a tear in his armour at the hip. Mari took this chance to swiftly slice through one of the cronies chests while Itaka stepped in and grabbed the other one's katana with his metal arm. He swiftly bent it before throwing it away and slicing the samurai with his sword.
Kyato turned to face Itaka then Mari and the gathering group behind Itaka "Grr this isn't over" he said pointing his sword at Mari before running outside. From outside screams could be heard and glass was being smashed.
Mari dropped down beside the injured Samanouske "Is this true? Hojo is dead?"
"Ugh....yeah assassinated by Hojo...though it seems Kyato decided to use this opportunity to stage a coup...several samurai have joined him...there's rioting on the streets," Samanouske groaned from the corner.
Oassu dashed down the stairs "Whats going on here?" he cried amidst the chaos.
Zadina still couldn't get down the narrow stairs "What's going on? Is someone hurt" he cried over the other's head.
Itaka sighed and sheathed his sword "You missed the fun kid" he told him.

Alpha scratched his chin, being one of the last members of the group to ather "Ok. I am assuming whatever happened was not good"
Seph watched the scene from the top of the stairs wishing she had done more "What if the ice ninjas were defeated? Wouldn't that reduce the number of supporters" she suggested. "Then that Kyato could be crushed more easily if it were the case" she added.

Satoshi shook her head "First we should take out Kyato. He seems to be the one causing the riots"
Felina went over to where Samanouske was and cast a curaga spell on him "Is everyone ok?" she asked anxiously.
Hayate peeked out the window but quickly had to form a barrier around the inn as somebody launched a large piece of stone at the window.

Samanouske got back up "Thanks strangers you helped me out back there." He turned to the others "The ice ninja's aren't here anymore...they just appeared to assassinate Master Hojo then left now Kyato has taken the temple and declared himself new Master" he sheathed his sword and rearranged his armour so the hole was slightly covered "You are welcome to help but should the battle turn against us make sure you get out" he said sheathing his sword again.
A crazy villager ran through the swing doors but Itaka kicked him back out "So....how many are we talking here.."
"About 50 samurai have sided with Kyato but then there are the confused ones who don't know friend from foe and the numerous villagers who are panicking" Samanouske said
Oassu drew his knives "We may be able to handle that."
Mari was buckling on her battle gear when Samanouske turned to her.
"What do you think your doing?"
"I'm going to fight!"
"No Mari I can't allow it!"
"I don't care Samanouske the village is in trouble and I must defend it with my honour!" she said
Oassu put a hand on Samanouske's shoulder "I don't think you can stop her" he told him

Seph nodded drawing her sword "Never stand in the way of a woman once they have made up there mind" she turned to Satoshi "I would advise you to avoid using jutsus it may make more people side with Kyato"
"You should be happy to know that there are people that are willing to risk their honour to fight and protect their home Mr.Samanouske" Alpha patted his shoulder
Hebal sighed walking into the hallway "I missed something important didn't I?"
Seph nodded "Basically the master of the samurai got killed, I guy named Kyato decided it was a oportunity for a coup and now the streets are in chaos"
"Ok,I did miss something" Hebal replied not knowing what else to say.

Satoshi sighed pulling out her own sword "I know already. Using jutsus may cause them to confuse me with the ice ninjas"
"Don't worry about us. We can handle it" Felina reassured Samanouske then glanced over to Hayate "I'm surprised you haven't made a complaint about it yet." she teased.
Hayate shrugged "As tempting as it is to lecture you about how unwise it is for a princess to get involved in this whole thing, I know you wouldn't listen and do it anyway so why bother"

"Apparently theres a big riot going on outside" Oassu said turning to Hebal "All we gotta do is hunt down Kyato a red armoured red haired samurai" he said walking over to Felina and Hayate "Don't worry I'll watch out for her" he said giving Hayate a thumbs up.
Samanouske gritted his teeth turning away from Mari. "He's probably holed up in the temple by now" he said "I must go attend to the rest of the samurai" he said dashing to the door he stopped "Try to minimise casulties, we have little Samurai here as is and if we get too weak the ice ninja will be able to invade" he said dashing outside.
Mari was ecstatic "HYAA!!!! FINALLY I GET TO FIGHT FOR THE VILLAGE!!" she yelled jumping up and down. Causing the barkeep and Zadina to back away a little.
Itaka grinned "Ok then lets go then" he turned to Mari "You better stick with us if you want to avenge Master Hojo"

Seph rolled her eyes "Less jumping about more fighting" she walked out the door and ducked as something else was thrown at the inn.
"I guess we should go to the temple then." He stepped outside then waited for Mari to come out "You best go in front and take us down one of the safer paths to the temple"
Hebal thought for a moment "I think I saw that guy when I was with Satoshi yesterday" she told Oassu heading out the door

Hayate grinned "Shes all yours kid. But if something were to happen you will get that dreaded army after you" he walked past Oassu and headed out the door after Hebal.
"Theres no point simply standing around Zadina. Nice to see the enthusiasm" She added raising her eyebrow at Mari before leaving.
Felina gave Oassu a quick hug "Are you ready to go?"
