^Really? I'm personally not a fan of the neon blue. But it looks decent. I think the other eyes should either be colored in or texturized in some way. The blank eyes gives off a sort of unfinished touch to the drawing. MAybe make it into a shadow or something?

Sorry, I consider myself somewhat of a artist. I criticize/comment sometimes. Maybe I should stop. sweatdrop

it's my OC character, a puppet who was not fully completed. when i say that, i mean that the creater of the puppet didn't color in her eye o.o
