While twisting, the black clouds will separate and converge multiple times, as if dragons clashing during a fight. This odd display can be rather confusing for first time opponents... or, victims, rather. When the attack finally makes impact, the clouds will cluster, swirl, and electrocute a rather well sized area. Then, just as the technique seems to be coming to an end, the user will perform one last handsign, and the clouds will coil and spin into a miniature storm tornado.
