Kale had known that there were humans around a bit before their smell was able to be detected as they minds were quiet noisy. However, sensing Kaida's hunger, he went to her side. "Talon, lets stop for a bit. We need to feed. Keep an eye on the little one so he doesn't get into trouble." he suggested.

Talon turned and frowned. So he was right, she was pregnant. "Fine, but don't take too long, the longer we're here the more likely something unwanted will happen."

Cybelle brushed her hair out of her face she could do better than the bodies of the couple at her feet. She grinned, an insane look on her face. It was nothing like her England but It would have to do. Suddenly she tensed there were other...things close by- Vampires??

Kaida's eyes widened slightly as he left, but obeyed his wish and stayed with Talon. Now that he was back, however, she frowned. She smelled what she hadn't in a long time: a rouge vampire. She already knew Echo and Talon's scent, but this scent was different. It was someone she didn't know. The girl must have been only a pace away. Kaida was always a curious one, therefore following the scent wasn't shocking. She went away from the group at a slightly quicker and silent pace until she came upon an insane looking woman with dark hair and bright eyes. At her feet were two dead kids, no more than her own age. Hidden by trees for the moment she moved to catch a better view, staying hidden as she watched her. Kaida could tell this woman sensed her, but she didn't know who she was or what her business here was.

Cybelle licked her lips slowly and stood up. She tilted her head to one side revealing her blood red eye.
"Now this is interesting.." she stood straight but the glow of her red eye was still visible.
"Although I cannot thoroughly see you I do know you're there. Please don't try anything sudden it probably isn't safe....for you."
She seemed 17 but something about her seemed much, much older.

Kale watched as Kaida left, she wanted to explore it seemed. So he let her, that is until he felt the mind of the stranger and growled darkly, and followed Kaida's scent, getting angrier at the threat the stranger made and Kaida's fear. Seeing her, he immediately had her in his arms, holding her close and turning her head away from the scene. "You'd be better off keeping your threats to yourself unless you want an early grave." he warned angrily.

Talon felt the change in the atmosphere and then Kales unusual reaction to Kaida's disappearance. He wanted to go and assist Kale, however, his main concern were his defenseless family. Echo knew nothing on how to fight and James was only a baby still, no condition to fight. Talon was their only protection, and he would not bring them any closer to danger than they already were. "Come, let us find some shelter, rain will be upon us soon. Kale and Kaida will find us when they are done having fun." he teased the last part, adding a few kisses and licks to her neck to ease her worry.

Echo smiled, knowing that there was something wrong, but she didnt think that it was something that Kale couldnt deal with, even with Kaida pregnant. "Are you sure you're not the one who wants to get me alone?" She asked, looking at him and laughing.

Kale growled darkly at the seemingly harmless threat, but it was a threat nonetheless. "Just try it, you'll find that you'll be in a worse state if you come anywhere near her." he replied dangerously, glaring at the woman who dared to even speak a threat or put fear in Kaida.

Talon smirked at her question and bit into her neck drawing some blood gently before sealing the wound to heal it. "Maybe I do, but I doubt that our son will appreciate my affection for you should we get too out of hand. He's too young for that vision."

Cybelle rocked gently and walked straight round Kaida, quickly sidestepped Kale and darted back to where she had been sitting with a grin.
"Ah, now that is for me to know... and you to Never find out. I'm actually a local. I'm older than you Kale at any rate. Truth is I've been here for 40 years, I've kept to myself and have no problem controlling bloodlust. I don't bite- much at least, not respectful people. I wont apologise until you say I can-if thats what you want, enemies don't last long. "
She readjusted another bandage and gave it a sniff looking distasteful.
She bent down slowly into the shadows and straightened up. Only her silhouette was visible apart from the glowing left eye. A disgusting smell of burning flesh filled the air.
She stepped out from the shadows and retied the bandages around her neck.
It left many people wondering what was actually under the bandages if she had to retie them so often but when they found out it was realised that it would have been better not to ask.
