Chloe could feel herself tearing up a little and quickly shook her head, clearing them.
Idiot....I shouldn't feel bad..she left cause she damn wanted to. She reminded herself and her rage came back. She'll never forget that time when her mother came in half stoned saying that she was going to leave for good. Of course, she was young, but that statement did scare her. And in the following morning, she wasn't there.
Chloe shook her head again as she tried to get those memories away from her head...she has a new family now...one that won't desert her.
"It's nothing, Cho-Lee is fine." She said, pulling off a fake smile, sticking out her tongue a little to try to hide it even more.

Road sighed, this wasn't going anywhere between the two, so she decided to pull out her special card, the one she used to get her father to let her stay home and the one used to get candy from human ladies....
"I-I just want my family to get along...." She let her eyes water up and let the tears fall down her face, "Please...I don't want us to break apart..."
