they are basing it off of how many fights you are in.. not on how much effort you actually put into a fight sweatdrop so unless you plan to spend a hell of a lot more time fighting here then you will never manage to get as high on the list as you deserve to be 3nodding
quantity over quality appears to be the motto of late sweatdrop

it says can...*uses the best equivalent that she can think of* I play ToP...but I can never get to a level higher than someone who plays for 12-20 hours a day.. no matter if I face off against the best monsters I can find the ones who will always give me 1-2k worth of exp, or use the double exp berry things constantly sweatdrop
I will get to lvl 100, but I only have 5-8 hours to play.. and I do not always want to play, so the person who is constantly here fighting anyone they can find will always be higher on the list than someone who takes a day or two with one fight because they have very little time or their opponent has little time to spend online xp
if they petition one of the mod's to review the fight they will get their extra points...but they will still be behind the moders who have no reason to fight other than that they want the points...*shrugs*

Putting together a well-written fight still nets you twice as many points as someone who just wins a fight by throwing crap together.
But what I'm getting from your argument is that the people that put time and effort into their ranking shouldn't be justly rewarded, and people who put two to three really good fights together are being penalized.
But if you look at it in terms of character development it makes a bit more sense. Who's going to become a Grade S fighter in the stadium by just fighting three times? Notoriety IC doesn't just spring up over the course of a few fights.

But yet, you talk to almost any character who Enki Leviathan is and they ALL know his name. Not because of the AMOUNT of fights he's been in, but simply because of how epic his fights tend to be...

HonoRaven *snickers at the use of the word epic* blaugh some fads are very amusing sweatdrop Dude, I don't know when it became popular to use "epic" here, but I've been using it since I was 17 and my friend and I did this thing that was so totally awesome that "awesome" just wasn't good enough. We tried to find a word to explain the sheer awesomeness of this thing and "epic" came up. "DUDE! Yes! It was EPIC!" And I've been using Epic since
