"Tell me, is it customary for you to reveal your weaknesses to the enemy under stress?" She stepped back, another ice knife forming in her hand. This one was longer and slimmer, and very obviously sharp.

"I could let the power I planted inside you destroy that real brain, if I wanted. The technology would still be available, after all. Or I could just..." She studied her knife almost admiringly, making a short stabbing motion with it. "Like I said, the technology, the components, would still be of value."

It's far too tempting to give in and keep on torturing him.

"So your brain is that precious to you?" She crossed her arms again, but the knife didn't disappear. "Fine. You will fix him, return him to his fully human self. ...And then I will consider letting you leave with your brain intact."

"Alright.. Alright, just.. get me to him, okay? I just want to get out of here.."

-=A blast of chakra pushed out of the Yami dojo, and not a second later, Neko stepped out, his book held tightly in his left hand, his youkai eyes glowing purple, through the black film that covered them. Something was wrong=-

The man nodded slowly and held his hands out over him, performing the miracle he had spoken of earlier. Slowly, flesh began to take the place of metal, growing back to the other side of his head, connecting and fusing together. The dent was gone, too. "Okay.. Okay, I did it, now let me-"

A hand shot up, taking hold of the man's face. The man struggled, trying to escape the grasp, but it was too strong. His body could move, but his head was locked in place. Fury flew through Seph's eyes, and he could see only one thing: Evil. His thumb began to depress into the steel face-frame, crushing an eyeball. A scream insued, but it was quickly cut off by the screech of bending metal, and an explosion.

There was no splatter, nor shrapnel. The heat of the flame that erupted from Seph's palm vaporized both brain and metal. He kicked the dead hunk of metal off of him and took a deep breath. Anger. God, that felt good.

"..Hey, Nyl." He said, looking up to her, a smile on his face.

Nyl frowned slightly. "We could have learned from him, you know." It was obvious she wasn't really serious. "Still...I'd have liked to kill him myself. I still haven't gotten to use one of my best secrets..."

Nyl... I'm sorry... he took the gems from me. Be... careful...

Nyl's eyes widened in shock. "Neko." She turned and half-ran back into the dojo, stopping just inside the front door.

-=Neko walked toward the main room of the dojo, his chakra level even higher than normally was at near-max. It was the initial lotus. Visible strands of his energy poured out over the floor of the dojo, leaking through cracks, under doors and in corners, even reaching the porch. Neko could barely be seen through the mass of glowing blue chakra=-
