Yamanoue_Utemaro You guys should have seen the version tanquol and kenkaru first worked on. xd What do you think of the difference? Kenk thought 2.0 was blasphemy.

Well...no not when the guild was first made but about a year or two later I think, Way of the Ninja was just literacy back then, no system whatsoever. (Tanquol was the Mizukage). Kenkaru the Hokage...and I think KogaP was part of the guild too. Forgotten which village though -.-;
I think there were quite a few members that were put out by the systems. Must admit Kenkaru worked wonders to convert the guild to the D20 system.
I don't think I was around for Version 2...might have been, it was a few years ago. The current version seems to be much better, streamlined even. It's definitely a system that has been thoroughly tested, although I still see some room for potential development.
Didn't Kenkaru implement Version 2?

Since DM's don't take prime role in how the game is played, then there are obviously weaknesses... I think I know how to be a badass academy student, but I'm still working on that.

Oh and yes, I'm working on the techniques now... most of the techniques however involve more of the same...so it's getting a bit tricky to think of something different, I might just do a healing tech to start off with.

A DM or GM is Dungeon Master or Game Master respectively. They're in charge of designing the stories and adventures with regards to the characters...I'm hoping that if I become a Chuunin my Dungeon Masters Handbook will be coming in very useful.

Generally speaking the crew of each village are the gms of thier village and the C and VCs/all crew decide on the story for the guild.

Yeah, Jounin's would normally be considered GM's having their own team running around through adventures. It's just the guild has quite a hands off approach, which isn't a bad thing, it allows for greater creativity in some respects.
