Amnity smiled, digging into her pocket and taking out some money. She could never adapt to American money, it was hard to calculate and much different from the currency she used in Europe. She took out a twenty dollar bill and placed it on the counter, in exchange for the snacks. Stuffing the gummy bears and the candy bar in her pants pocket, she was able to carry the rest of the snacks. "Let's go then, we don't want to be late for the violence. If we miss this our scale will thrown off completely!"

I think I know, I mean I "Yes" but it's all wrong...
Mephlius nodded, and jogged towards the indicated theater. Just like the other 3 times they went to see a Documentary, it was a small, dusty room in the very back corner. He opened the door, holding it open for Amnity.

"Thanks." She said with a smile before entering. Luckily the movie hasn't started yet as she took a seat in about the middle row. Not too close to the screen, not too far. Amnity set down the popcorn and the drinks and popped a couple of gummy bears in her mouth. She spotted a few people in the front, college boys who were rooting for the movie to start. Apparently, they think they're strong enough to stand such a gruesome film. "I bet you ten dollars that they leave the theater within watching 15 minutes of the movie." Amnity said to Mephlius with a grin.

I think I know, I mean I "Yes" but it's all wrong...
"Twenty dollars that they leave in 10." Mephlius topped her bet with a smile. He grabbed the other pack of gummy bears, and one of the drinks, putting the drink in the crappy cupholder built in to the seat. "Or that they spontaneously combust." He added as he opened the second pack of gummy bears.

Amnity grinned, leaning back against her movie chair and kicking her feat up on the seat infront of her. The movie began, the lights dimmed, though the people down in front were still a bit rowdy. There was a viewer discretion warning that came up first, of course. That seemed to rile them up a bit more though, already beginning to bet on whose going to leave first. Amnity took a bit of popcorn and popped them into her mouth.
They began with the Mongol invasion of Europe and Asia...In excruciating, blood churning detail. Mephlius won the bet, sadly, when they all dashed out of the movie theater and to the nearest bathroom to vomit in less then 8 minutes. Amnity wasn't phased, she was only sad that she had lost the bet. Grumpily, she dug into her pocket and took out a twenty, handing it to Mephlius.

Mephlius pocketed the twenty with a smile, and took a drink of his soda. After the Mongol invasion, it switched to the destruction of Rome. Mephlius suddenly stood up. "Hold on..." He pulled a small pistol out from under his shirt, and jumped over the railing towards the exit. The door opened, letting a sliver of light into the room. "Going somewhere?" Mephlius uttered in a dark, brooding voice. There was a shriek of terror from the college boy, who had tried to come back. There were wild stomps as he ran away. "Happy almost-Halloween, kid!" Mephlius laughed, and in the next instant, he was sitting beside Amnity again. "Ah... that was fun." He said as he put an arm over her shoulder.

"Not to mention mean and unnecessary." Amnity added with fake horror. She then sighed, turning back to the movie. "That's enough violence for you Mephlius. Just watch the movie now.

The movie continued onto the Russian Civil war, with 20 million dead. Then to the Thirsty Years War in the 17th century. The Taiping Rebellion in the 19th Century with 20 million people killed, and so on. Amnity was so transfixed on the digital graphics on the blood splatter, and how they managed to master what it would actually look like when people were killed. She rested her head on Mephlius' shoulder and sighed, as if they were watching a romance film instead of a slasher movie. "Isn't this romantic?" She asked in the most sarcastic tone she could muster.

"I disagree." Amnity said, just as a Roman gladiator sliced through the head of another gladiator. "Each of the characters have their own story to tell, their own ideas and principals. I mean, you can tell a lot about their morals by just listening to them talk!"
"AAAAUUUUUGGHH!!!!!!" The gladiator on the movie screen roared and began screaming unintelligibly.
"See what I mean? Such a poet."

"Yes you are. You kill don't you?" Amnity pointed out in a very smug tone. "Maybe not men of the Roman legion, but you kill people. And this movie is very educational. I learned a lot of things, such as human anatomy. Like...A few scenes ago when they showed the ancient torture devices, when they stick the nails into the woman's head she twitched like a fish, even after she died. People call that spinal reflex. "

Amnity smiled, staying quiet for a while to watch the rest of the movie. With the bucket of popcorn almost empty, she began consuming the pack of gummy bears. At one point though, they began doing wars in the bible. Being a very obsessive religious person and having read the bible through at least 2 times, the hunter kept correcting some of the things that were either edited or left out.
But overall, she was silent, watching the gore/slasher/war documentary.
