"Oh.. There he is. I got to thank him for the rank" He was just 20 feet from them, still he wanted to be sneaky. So he took of running and appeared next to the Hokage, sitting down on one of the chairs. He points at one of the ramen meals at the menu then turns his head towards the 10th Hokage. "Hello, just wants to thank you for this amazing gift. We can discusses my payments later"

The hokage looks at the old men as he writtes his order and moves his right hand "the same as always" The old men walks away and comes back with 2 cups of green tea, places them on the table and then walks back to start making ramen. "Well the village itself is doing ok, we stared a new semester with the new generation of ninjas at the accadem and hopefully it will be back on its feet soon, we getting the normal amount of missions we always get and we enojoy peace at least for now we do, how about your village." As he ends talking the old men comes back with 2 bowls of ramen one of normal size and one 4 times bigger he places the normal one in frotn of the mitsukage and the other one in front of the hokage and leaves.He then turns to the Aburame, and with a soft voice he says: "No prob, just have to tell you you have two important missions, the first one is simple I want you to go pick Ryuu, you both will travel to the sound country and search for Hyuuga Mahiro, she is Ryuu's sister so he knows who she is, now after that is done, I want you both to travel to the country of the lightning and start a mass destruction from the inside, so your objectives are... Go get Ryuu, brieff him of the mission, travel to the sound country, meet with mahiro and travel to the country of the lightning, after all of thouse are done you wait for the other villages nins, they shall give you a signal to start the attack understood ?"

As the Hokage starts to talk to the seemingly rude person, the Mizukage just looks at the Ramen. Takes his sticks and slowly starts eating from it. Then the Hokage seems to be done talking to the stranger, the Mizukage looks at him and tilts his head a bit, wating for him to join in eating.

"Excuse the little kid he is always like that" He takes 2 chop sticks and start eating from his huge bowl then looks at the Mitsukage and says. "So how are things on your contry ?" The old men looks at the Aburame and slaps him on the back of his head, "were are your manners little gennin ?"

Grins a bit and nods. "This is good ramen!" Eats a littel more and then looks at the Hokage. "Thinks are fine. I have developed a few new Jutsus, that im going to teatch the Higher members of the Mist. Yet.." Looks at the ramen. "Theres One im just not abel to teatch others yet. It needs something.." Looks at the Hokage again and thinks for a bit. "It needs the lust and passion for blood. An understanding for ones own life."

"I see... I been developing a few fuuin jutsus myself, also been adding some new power levels to the rasengan." He then looks at the Kage again and says. "I quiet don't understand the blood part"

I'll go find Ryuu now" He gets off his chair, makes a quick bow. Then leaps out to the nearest roof. He then jumps roof to roof. Searching for Ryuu. Time to time he drops Kikai Bugs at some random locations. This would improve the search of Ryuu.

I would assume that the Hokage want this mission to be done quickly, so then i would do my best to find Ryuu as fast as possible" He stops at a roof top with ease, still he makes a few wooden roof bricks fall down. He closed his eyes then started with his seals. Afterwords he reases out with his arms at the diretion, South and West. "Bushiyose No Jutsu" He says as five lines comes out of each palm. They reach out long and wide, and soon insects from all species comes to the source to feed. Tenchi. He asks the bugs about Ryuus descrpition and some insects had seen a man, looking something like that in the West. Tenchi runs off. Towards the wanted direction.
