"eh khalid did it" she sighed "I think i kick his a** for it...I've sure hit him enough times before.." she muttered leaning back in the couch. Her fingers gently ran over the eye "Its been a few years now..im used to it I guess..."

"Khalid?" Pegasus was having a little trouble piecing some of this together. "You mean that man with the violet hair? He's in a relationship with that Bakura..." Pegasus's voice dropped into a growl as he watched Bakura smirk. He swore silently that he'd get his own revenge.

Bakura would have just let the three intruders leave unharmed, but Atem was too angry to just walk away. So Bakura tried to fight off the pharaoh, physical strength never being one of his best feats, and saw that he had been careless and used too much of his Millennium Ring's magic already to go against Atem that way. He couldn't try to banish the pharaoh's mind that way, since his Millennium Puzzle was teeming with energy, he banished the second-most threat to him, just to get her out of the way in case he was cornered by Atem. It was Kira, of course.
This had all happened in the span of a few moments, and Kira would have no way of blocking herself. Someone seemed to know that Kira was weakened too much to be in the Shadow Realm, and instead of winding up there, Kira was sent to a room. Not her physical body of course, but her mental self. It was an empty room, with white walls and floors, like something from an asylum. Ryou was leaning against a wall, panting heavily. In this room, Kira was her soul self, so she wasn't blind. Ryou seemed to have been restored to what he was before, with no dark shadows under his eyes, no signs of the drugs he had been forced to take, nothing. He managed a weak smile at Kira when he saw that whatever he had done had worked. "This isn't another of Bakura's memories, Kira, so don't worry about having to beat me up or something..."

Kira had frose whe she first saw ryou but when he said that her shoulders relaxed just barly.This had to be some mind trick bakura was doing.Ryou was...dead..he had died in her arms.It had been a harsh slap in the face from reality telling her she wasent ment to be happy.But there he stood perfectly fine.It just had to be some sort of trick.She said very quiet just watching him.

Ryou cringed, wrapping his arms around his stomach. "I-I'm sorry... I don't have much time... But Bakura was going to send you to the Shadow Realm, and you're too weak..." He said, casting a nervous glance over his shoulder. "If HE finds out what I'm doing..." Ryou trailed off, shuddering at whatever thought had come into his head. He said the word 'he' with fear he hadn't even shown to Bakura. He turned his gaze back towards Kira, the smile back on his face, which was growing pale. "I just had to see you one more time..."

Kira quietly walked over to ryou.Her hand gently reached up cupping his cheek softly her thumbgently stroking his cheak.Finding she could touch him she seemed to relax "....it really is you isent it?"

Ryou reacted in the opposite way of Kira touching him. He jumped backwards as though shocked by electricity, keeping one hand against the wall to steady himself. He stood, panting, trying to regain his strength, before he spoke. "Yes, it's really me. but... the world of dead and living aren't supposed to touch like this. I'm going to get in trouble for just--" He broke off abruptly, glancing down at the ground in pure terror. A black pool of shadows had spread underneath where he stood, and two chains rose up from it, winding around his ankles. "Uhn..." Ryou swayed, as though about to topple over, and cast a fleeting glance at Kira. "HE's found me, but I still need to talk with you." It was almost as though he was trying to figure out a way to explain everything in a few sentences. "Last time I died, I must've gone to the 'good' place. It had been wiped from my memory, and I was told that that is the reason why I am where I am now, since I had been given a chance in the 'upper' realm, so I now must be in the 'lower' area. Call it what you will, Hell or anything else, but it's-- it's--" His voice faultered as he tried to describe it. "Too horrible for words. Shadows and coldness to the extreme. Even beyond the Shadow Realm." Tears glistened in Ryou's eyes. "I am one of the few to still have a body that resembles me." A fleeting smile came over his face, a single tear falling. "Time goes by faster in that realm than with the living. I've been in that... place... for a month or so. I-- I just had to speak to you one more time." The chains now encircled up to his waist and were snaking across his chest. "I am allowed to keep an eye on you. I-I saw what Bakura did, and I'm so sorry that you had to go through with it. That you had to see me in that state."

small tears ran down kiras cheeks.".....its alright ryou...i'll be ok..." she told him not really sure of whatelse to say "...I love you ryou.."

"I love you too, Kira..." Ryou said sadly, a bitter smile coming onto his face. The shadows that had been around his feet had spread to the wall behind him, and an arm suddenly came out, looping over Ryou's chest. The boy's arms were already stuck at his side because of the chains, so he could do nothing to stop the arm. The limb itself was large and had a clawed hand, and was completly black, as though engulfed in shadows. Ryou was jerked backwards violently, through the dark portal, and out of sight. The shadows vanished uickly, leaving Kira alone in the empty room.

Kira had tried to grab him but it was too late.Kira went silent sliding down to the ground her eyes staring at the floor.tears were running down her face.She had just lost her ryou...agian.It wasent good for a persons mind to keep reliving the greif.

The white room's walls trembled, as though about to cave in, and Kira was forced back into her own body.
Atem nervously hovered over Kira's still body. He had handled Bakura easily enough, knocking out the other yami, and maybe giving him a more serious head injury, and they had decided to go to Pegasus's mansion. The one in England, which he claimed to use as a summer home, although it was really winter. He hoped that nothing serious had happened to Kira. He thought that Bakura had sent her mind to the Shadow Realm, but when he tried to retrieve it, he had come up with nothing. When Khalid (who Atem forced to turn back to normal) tried to go into Kira's soul room, he found it empty. Which meant that she wasn't in either the Shadow Realm or her soul room, where people go when they're knocked out or asleep, most of the time. Her body was still alive, but he just couldn't locate her soul. This was angering the pharaoh, who wanted something done about it soon.
