Tres Ecstuffuan This Post was really cool. I appreciate how you deflected Justice's strike here. It read very clearly and was easy to visualize. Though I have a question. Does the term "Inside Line" refer specifically to the left side of a vertical guard with a weapon? Or does it refer to the inside of the opponents leading side? The way you write about how your character fights is really interesting, I was just curious. If you appreciated that, check out the latest one.

More than likely, it'll be something like "Bat spear away, and pass to the inside" or some other nonsense. Totes called it...

Do you understand how he got behind me after moving straight forward at full speed? He also said Tres lunged forward when he stepped back. Not sure what to do. I'm trying to talk it out with him over PM's but that will be a slow process.

I'm trying to talk it out with him over PM's but that will be a slow process. If I were to assume... He's running in, batting the staff aside while spinning...mid-step...to pivot around Tres' guard, and end up behind you. It's anime combat logic to the max...Power-ranger, ballerina, ball-bearing feet. It's a mook slayer, basically...He performs this flashy spin, dazzles the henchmen who stand there going "This cannot be!" with their thumb up their a**, and then cuts them down from behind. Against a skilled fighter, he's literally turning his back to you as he completes the motion...giving you free reign to punish the hell out of him. Also...go review that Profile PM I sent you, you lazy bum!

Logic's been a bit fuzzy on both sides but at this point Pope is definitely throwing it completely out the window, then jumping into a semi to run it over, then backing up over it again. Then jumping out of the cab so he can spit on its mangled, flattened corpse.
I especially like how he's like "Duh, of course I wouldn't just charge straight into a spear!" ...when that's like exactly what happened.
Meh, I dunno. Maybe the week I've had is getting to me and I should just shut up.

Please let me know if some of the logic in anything I write seems off. Tres was afforded some lee-way with his Body Equilibrium, especially when it came to the acrobatics and the air control which in normal circumstances would have been almost impossible.
