A genin can learn one A-rank, Two B-rank, or 3 C-rank jutsu. However, there are limits to how many one can perform of the A-rank and B-rank jutsu. Where can one find this rule? Yes, duck, where CAN one find this rule, and when was it implemented? It was mentioned right here.

Gregar828 Alright Kages, its time to make a new thread in your villages for profiles. Iwa is exempt, since they recently made one, but if someone's profile is not in the new list one month after creation of the new thread, that person will be considered gone. And please, everyone, the KAGE must make the thread. Whoever still has to post there, if there is still anyone left ot post there, do it. Also, I said it once and I said I wouldn't say it twice but it seems that I will have to. When I put a format to be filled, on a certain thread, fill it properly. If you don't, you will not be added to the list.
