[I couldn't help it. I looked up to see what all the commotion was about.]
[A small ray of sunshine poked through my clouds. Father! The clouds burst to smithereens as I scampered quickly after my siblings, my eyes bright with joy. Father was alive!]
[I paused, slightly bewildered as Rainkit padded away mournfully. Wonder what that was about... I shrugged. Probably nothing important. I strutted toward Father, chessily grinning. I kept my back rigid so I was my tallest height, and I was just barely holding back the urge to tackle him. But inside I was bursting like a bubble.]
. Btw, we still have a couple of man eating foxes scheming in the woods.

The medicine cat's next comment threw him off though. His ears flattened slightly, and a mix of confusion and curiosity crossed his face, but disappeared just as quickly. He glanced at the she-cat studying her for a moment. She seemed petrified. Had she meant to say that? Cinderwing looked at his paws once more, and debated on whether or not to ask her. She could have meant it by she would have been able to take a mate if she had trained as a warrior. He smiled, and decided to ask though. "You mean, like if you had trained as a warrior, then you would have had a chance, right?" He asked, his voice in not much more than a whisper. He felt his ears grow warm, and he looked back up. "I don't know what we'd do if you weren't our Medicine cat." he sighed, revealing a small, somewhat toothy smile. It disappeared though as he suddenly heard a small whisper in his ear.
"Wow, you've tamed the anger in her or something, huh?" A sickeningly familiar scent washed over Cinderwing, and he sighed, knowing who it was.
"I'm afraid so," He whispered, hisvoice barely audible.
"Lucky." Without another word, Shatteredfang's cold presence disappeared. He smiled slightly, and looked at Hauntedheart again, wondering if she had seen Shatteredfang.┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛Yes I'm movin'.

DARKSHADOW I miss you.
I miss your smiles.
And I still shed a tear, every once in a while. "R-Rainkit.."[Darkshadow said, stuttering. He knew he couldn't tell them, Not yet.]"Shatteredfang was.. A brilliant warrior. Smart, funny, beautiful warrior. She died during a battle."[Just saying her name made his heart break a little bit.]"Forgive me, Shatteredfang. I cannot tell them. Not yet."[When hauntedheart mentioned Bramblefire, he let out a growl.]"Bramblefire.. H-He lured me out of camp, saying he wanted to be friends. And then, he pushed me into the river! I almost drowned, but Rainface of Seaclan saved me. And healed me."[Darkshadow stopped in the middle of his story to cough.]"I decided to leave earlier then I should have, but I got too worn out and exhausted to keep going, so I fainted at the boarder between us and Seaclan. I guess one of you dragged me back here and believed I was dead." Even though it's different now.

My heart won't let you go. If only our dreams were a reality...

[Instantly, his ear pricked and he opened his eyes, lifting his head. His gaze fixed onto Darkshadow, the one warrior who he had never stopped hating. That piece of Seaclan filth, tainting Nightclan's blood! A traitor! Still...what was his brother Bramblefire thinking? Eaglesoar growled as he got to his feet, limping out of the medicine cat's den as he looked around the camp for Bramblefire.]

and guardian of all things."_______________________________________________ [Guardiankit almost let out a surprised squeak as Hauntedheart pulled him close. His eyes were wide, and his mind froze. Why would Hauntedheart want to be MY mother? he wondered, but his question was answered as Hauntedheart muttered something to Cinderwing.
The moment she said it, she looked fearful, but Guardiankit felt the coldness inside him melt away.
I wonder if she lost some kittens before...or maybe she wants kittens but can't have them, since she's medicine cat...?
He shuddered. There was so much suffering in NightClan. Everyone was getting seriously injured or killed, kits were losing mothers, mothers were losing kits...Guardiankit wondered if the other Clans were faring so badly.
Yet, he couldn't tear his gaze away from Hauntedheart. Despite everything he'd seen her do- snap at her apprentice for no reason, attack a fellow clanmate, all of it- he couldn't feel afraid of her anymore.
Maybe she's just as lonely as I am..? he wondered.
[Pondering this fact, Guardiankit blinked and thought for a few moments.]
Then he lifted his head and said, "You're not messin' it up," he said gruffly, talking a bit awkwardly since he had been silent for three moons. "You'an amazin mother...'n Shatterfang's kits like you lots. 'N I think I like you lots too...specially if you willin to give me 'n Silentkit a home..."
[Silentkit. Guardiankit froze. Hehad completely forgotten about his sister! He cursed himself inwardly for doing that. Dangit, why can't I concentrate-?!
It was Envykit. The pretty kitten had distracted him...but somehow it was worth it. Besides, he didn't want to leave Hauntedheart's furry embrace. Her fur was a lot fluffier than his mother's had been, but now it held comfort for him.
He pressed into her fur, peeking out and scanning the camp for his sister, too stubborn to leave his new mother now that he had one.] _______________________________________________ I will repent for what I've done to you

[Eaglesoar snarled as he grasped Bramblefire's ear firmly in his jaws, dragging him away from the crowd and into the forest, where they would not be overheard.]
"Right then, my bird-brained brother, you've got a lot to explain. First: Why did you try to kill Darkshadow? You KNOW the whole clan's going to hate you for it. Second: If you're going to kill someone, make sure they're DEAD before you come back, not leave him alive to come back, and announce to the whole CLAN that you just tried to kill him!"
[Being slightly taller and muscular than his brother, Eagleoar's snarl was fearsome as he looked down onto his brother.]

Shatteredfang's ears pricked as she heard Darkshadow speak. Her ears twitched slightly at Darkshadow's explanation and smirked. Her smirk melted away when she heard the part about Bramblefire though. She snarled, and started toward the medicine cat den, where she had seen him disappear.
A low rumbling sound started above her. She felt the anger bubbling inside of her with each paw step. A strike of lightning shook the forest, and her body broke out into a wracking shudder. She would kill him!
As she entered the den, she felt claws rake across her pelt. She snarled, whipping around. Birchshadow was looming over her, a growl resounding in her throat. "It's time for you to go," she growled, worry showing in her eyes a little. Shatteredfang's ears flattened. "He needs to pay! He almost killed my mate!"
"Those matters are for Lavenderrain, and Lavenderrain alone, mousebrain."
Shatteredfang almost argued, but stopped herself, sighing in defeat. She couldn't kill a cat. She sighed, and padded out of the camp, and started toward StarClan. She stopped though, watching Eaglesoar drag the tom out of camp. Her ears flattened slightly. She decided should stay to make sure that Bramblefire keeps his paws to himself.
[ooc:] Timber: I hope you don't mind the sudden change in the weather. ^-^; I figured that it fit, since she's a StarClan cat and changes in the weather are considered to be signs from StarClan. If it's not okay, I can change that part. =P

Attempting again, he stutterd, "N-n-no p-problem..."
[He froze as she fell asleep, not sure whether he could move or not. So he just sat there, leaning against Hauntedheart, stiff as a tree, and pouted slightly, embarrassment covering his face.
Geez, stupid she-cat...'snot like I saved her life or anything... he grumbled inside his head, but somehow, he felt satisfied.
Finally, his eyes lowered, and he felt a drowsiness come over him. He tried to stay awake, falling forward a bit before jerking his head back up. He was only half-aware of the cats around him, because Envykit's scent filled his nose and made him nervous for some reason.] _______________________________________________ I will repent for what I've done to you

[I looked around camp, looking for Envykit, hoping that I might be able to break the spectacular news to her. My sight zeroed in. Oh. She was by -I mean sleeping by!- that weird gray kit again. I narrowed my eyes and privately stuck my tongue at him. He didn't have any right to... too.. Do whatever he was doing!]
[I marched forward and glared at him. Not a mean glare, but a glare that said 'what do you think you're doing?' I stepped next to them keeping my eyes glued to him with the same glare. He better get the message.]
Is noobiness a feeling .3. I feel like a lvl 3 rs player in the middle of a bunch of lvl 135's. I don't have any skill capes either. -Runescape thing-

[Hauntedheart looked at Cinderwing before lowering her gaze again. She was about to respond to him when she heard Gaurdiankit's voice. Her crystal gaze traveled down to the kit and she smiled. Of course she'd give the kit and his siblings a home. She had wanted to do that from the start but she knew she had to wait until they got over mourning for Leopardstorm.] "Thank you Gaurdiankit, and of course I will give you and your litter mates a home," she purred and licked Gaurdiankit gently. [It was only then that Hauntedheart turned her gaze back to Cinderwing. Her crystal eyes saddened as she thought about her two kits, her two wonderful kits. She stayed silent for a few moments before she spoke.] "No, Cinderwing, that isn't what I meant at all," she whispered.
