Yeah I didn't quiet understand either. Oh when you posted in the park did your character have his Byakugan activated?

Silk thats true but 3 off and if there ninjutsu class thats 5 off thats a little to fast really.
Also using your logic sharingan should have 3 off as well for sasuke learned chidori farely quikly as well as lee's fighting style with ease

But for Sharingan isn't it only that you can learn fast if you watch someone else do it. If you were teaching yourself from scrolls it wouldn't matter much, and since there's not a lot of people in the guild, most people are having there characters learn from scrolls or stuff like that.

say if you used your upgraded palm *which is increased one rank*
Against someone else's normal palm, you'd overpower them
XD

@Speedyextr, but didn't pain have the Rinngan as a child, how would he have been able to have and kill that many close friends by the time he was that age.

His name was originally Nagato, and he changed it to that after he went psycho (Okay in my opinion he went psycho). And if the Rinngan was just another form of Sharingan why doesn't Itachi have it. He killed a lot of people he cared about.

speed thats a Rubbbish idea No offence its terrible its a seperate Dojutsu. lol and no its not unfair Rinnegan is very powerful end of lol. And sharingan only helps if you watch someone and thats it lol why you arguing~? speed diod you read the mange his name is nagato and he was a caring really nice child when he found his abiltiy who was attcaked buy a chuunin so he saved his friends using rinnegan unkowngly.

Favorite Parts
I like sasuke vs. itachi
Asuma's Death (was written well)
Jiraiya vs. Pain
naruto's return (the first one when shippuden started)
Sasuke and Karen and suigetsu and whats his face vs. killer bee
I hate naruto coming back now he just ******** appeared wtf they should had something more in deph there was no plot i just appear.
