Up to you, Princie, but the way I see it, you've barely used him at all lately, except to have him bang a complete stranger (Arwen). And since this isn't a smut roleplay and we value actual coherent plot over just how many characters we can get into bed, he's not really contributing much. At the moment, he's just a stereotypically German guy, and god knows we don't need another "token foreigner" character.
But it is ultimately your decision.

yeah no i think your right. i spread myself too far too fast and didnt really work out certain characters. Una and hans for one. AT least Aleksey has that naive gentle giant nature to him, and he isnt out to bang women.
The twins stay as always.
But i wonder if i should keep integra or make her an NPC. i havent really worked on her either.

You say he's not out to bang women, but he was still making moves on Mei within moments of her being in his house. o____o
If it were me, I'd scrap any of the characters that were giving me doubt, to focus on the characters I wanted to develop. Character development is everything, I kind of have to admit, the only really character development we've seen in your characters would be Una's uncharacteristic transformation into a whore. I say take some time to think over the characters you have and like, and don't feel obligated to keep the ones who aren't going anywhere.
Conveniently, there's a skip coming up. =D Skips are good for quick character building/scrapping/rethinking/etc.

Good, actually. I only had one class today, and it was with my favorite prof., so I'm happy. =w=
I've been considering stuff, like actually having a playdate between Nanami/Gemma/Crimson that plays out 'till the end; considering 2/3's of that equation might end up kicking the bucket by the end of the Skip. And also, some kind of interaction between Bela and Mitsuke, since the latter's also kicking the bucket. Most of their antagonism happens offscreen, after all~ ^^;
But yeah, how's you? =3

Oh well, Gemma'll still be crazy. xD
Seryn's on the fence about Crimson, but I've only prepared for Nanami dying. D=
Oh well, good thing we have time, huh? Crimson/Nanami and her students are Gemma's Morality Chains and Morality Pets, respectively. Not that she's evil, but they're what ground her. Losing them are what would push her straight into the darkest corners of her mind. D=
Then again, the paranoia that the Devil, Judith, is looming over her shoulder is enough to drive anybody crazy. I'm gonna hand her the Idiot Ball for doing it anyway, knowing full well the dangers that would come working under Judith. I suppose she believes that if not her, somebody else would have to do it. Poor Gemma, she's probably just the tiniest bit idealistic. D'=
Too bad she'll end up like this.

@ Osaka -- What? No. xD She'll only be 45. She has another 15 years before I kill her off~
Well, Nanami will be around, so she'll have something to fall back on. =D They'll both be a little crazed, I guess. 9w9 They can be crazy together. (Though, in Nanami's case, it's more desperation than anything else.)
@ Princie -- I would challenge you, maybe during the skip, to come up with a character who WON'T jump into bed right away with someone. Maybe someone who's more conservative than that, someone who doesn't view sex as casually as the rest of your characters do. It would be a good exercise.
