Felicia made her way to a bench and sat near a man who'd just thrown something small, perhaps made of wood. She gazed around the park with some disinterest before glancing at the man next to her. "Hello," she said meekly, and returned her gaze to the park. What was everyone doing running about this late? Her first outing in a long time was turning out to be a bland event.

A white haired man sat on a park bench. His hair was shoulder length. His clothes looked like hospital wearing and the patient look was enhanced by the nurse standing near him silently. She was a pretty, petite, with long glossy black hair wearing a long white coat. The white haired man looked up at the sky and he closed his eyes enjoying the moonlight. Ever since waking up in the hospital with absolutly no memory or identity on him, he had felt an affinity to the pale light comeing from the dark sky.
The nurse said with a soft japanese accent, "Kaieru don't you think it's time to go back to the hospital?"
Kaiel* looked at the woman, "No. I don't want to go back yet. Why don't you sit down. There's no reason for you to stand up when there's a bench you can sit on."
The nurse sat down primly commenting, "You sure like the night alot. I wonder if it has something to do with your past."
Kaiel answered softly, "Probably." He looked across the large expanse of land and his strangely sharp eyes picked up a lone female figure who looked very pale in skin tone. He wondered who she was and why a female was out by herself where it was dangerous.
(*that's how it's actually pronounced. but seeing as the doctor/ nurse is Japanese, Kaieru is how she pronounces it.)

The nurse spoke up again interrupting Kaiel's thoughts once again, " Kaiel, I really do think it's time to go and head back to the hospital."
Kaiel averted his eyes to the moon, "Not yet. I feel as if I'm on the verge of something. This park is so familiar but I don't know why. You found me in the subway right? So that means I must have just been coming into New York City from somewhere. But why was it I had no luggage? Was I running from something? I don't know."
The nurse doctor looked down at her patiant with sympathetic eyes. "I can't say. You are as mysterious to as you are to yourself."
Kaiel looked distressed as he knew that what the woman said was true. Who was Kaiel? Even Kaiel himself didn't know.

Kaiel looked at his caretaker, "Kisa, where in Japan did you live?"
Kisa looked down at her charge, " I lived in Kyoto."
Kaiel murmmered, "I think I'm Japanese."
Kisa answered softly, "Tsuki no migoto desu ne."
Kaeil answered almost unthinkingly, "Hai, Migoto desu."
Kisa grinned, "You were right. Or at least you can speak it. " They fell silent once again. Kisa didn't mention leaving because it was obvious that this park did her charge good.

After what seemed like an agonizing amount of time, Felicia stood and stretched her bones with a small groan. She'd been occasionally watching the nurse and the man in her midst with mild curiosity. It was best, she thought, to refrain from probing their minds. Felicia took a few steps toward the gate, then smiled slightly and nodded at the two.

Rogue walked past the couple and chuckled slightly. She wanted her life to be so much more simple, like the days when she was human. Now, she was hunted for what she was. She supposed in the end everyone was hunted. Each race deeming to kill the other, and in being human one was food for other races. The whole system required someone to die.
Funny to be afraid of the next meal... Her thoughts drifted through her dark humor that had control of her at the moment.

Kisa bowed to the girl as was the way in greeting and showing respect.
Kaiel simply stared at the girl not sure what to do. Other then Kisa and the few other doctors and nurses he hadn't actually interacted with other people since he woke up. He followed suit after Kisa. Except he mearly tipped his head in greeting.
Kisa spoke to the girl, "How are you? It is dangerous to walk alone these days."
Kaiel looked up at her not sure what Kisa was talking about, "Dangerous? Why?"
Kisa replied with a guarded expression, " There are some groups of people that are causing trouble around the cities. Attacking 'people' who are alone. They are even bold enough to attack some that are in groups."
Kaiel nodded not realizing the extent of information or danger these groups of people caused. "I see." He didn't realize that his earlier thought about the plae girl from before being alone was dangerous was connected to the information Kisa just told him. Or his past self, after all he didn't know his old self.

Felicia smiled a little wider to the nurse before directing her eyes toward the patient. "I suppose I'm well. Boredom is a pain, though." Felicia returned her gaze to the woman, but this time she looked on with a hardened, inquisitive stare. "Dangerous, really?" It was about time! Nothing had been happening in this once daunting city.. "And where do you get your information? Not that I don't trust you.. I havn't been out much myself." The fact was, Felicia couldn't really trust anyone. Which is why this man was so interesting! She just couldn't figure him out. "Sir, might I ask how long you've been in New York? Surely you'd know such gossip as this if you were a resident." Beyond her question, Felicia wondered who these "people" were and why they were attacking other "people". It sounded complicated..yet familiar.

Kaiel looked up at Kisa as he answered, "I don't know how long I've been in this city according to my memory only two days."
Kisa answered with a light voice, "A deep, trustworthy underground grapevine." She wasn't going to say anything else with Kaiel around. Not about how humans were now hunting her kind down. The creatures that go bump in the night.

Felicia nodded, sensing the slight tension she brought into the situation. "I apologize, I meant no harm with my questions.. I am just interested, that's all." She sensed that the woman was obviously fretting for herself. That made Felicia understand. "Perhaps I should be off then. You two be careful as well, won't you?" She scowled to herself. How could she still talk like it was the turn of the century?

Kaiel reached out but stopped with a strange look. He had a feeling he shouldn't touch a girl without permission. He said hesitantly withdrawing his hand, "Um..." He was shy as he asked, "Could you stay here? I don't get to talk to too many people so when I get the chance I like to talk as much as possible."
Kisa looked at her charge, wondering what he was currently thinking.

Felicia smiled almost warmly at the man. It felt nice to be needed for once, and she finally had some company. "Sure," she sat on the bench next to him. "I havn't got a thing better to do." She glanced up at the nurse, hoping not to offend her any more. "I'm not breaking any rules, am I miss?" Her eyes glittered, reading every tiny expression that passed through the woman's fair features.

Kisa looked at her charge with a calculating look as he looked at her with pleading eyes. Finally she sighed, "It is not breaking any rules."
Kaiel looked joyfully at the girl, "So. When did you arrive in...New York City?"

Felicia nodded at the woman gratefully and began focusing on the man next to her. "Arrive? Where to begin.." She pondered for several moments, obviously counting some. "I've been around for a while, but I just got stationed here three years ago. You see, I lived in New Jersey. But there was an...accident in my family that forced me to relocate to this particular area." A wave of suppressed anguish melted her spirit for a moment. "But I've been locked away for the better part of my residency here, so I'm actually new to the city itself."

Kaiel asked, "Oh dear. Why were you locked up?" Even Kisa herself was curious as to the girls answer. She listened closely to their conversation while staring off as if not actually listening. ((His picture just so you know.))
