I think I know, I mean I "Yes" but it's all wrong...
Mephlius paused a bit. This just became more difficult... "How about a name? That'll probably make things easier than anything else."

Wolf put his forehead in his hand."She used a nick name like mine..." He sighed,then ate another burger. As he swallowed, Wolf thought. Ah...I cant come to bear it...she just has to be out there...It may be a blind search..but she just has to be here... He stared into space for a second,then shoved a handful of fries into his mouth.

Wolf sipped his soda.He then sighed. "I need your guys' opinions...Do you think this is just...a big waste of time...?" Wolf paused. "I can barely convince myself that she's out there..." He chomped down a burger. "I dont want to search for nothing..." Wolf was silent as he waited for a response.

((Ahh, the things I'd do to be the mind-reading Mephlius, instead of the werewolf Mephlius right now...))
Mephlius paused a moment, careful not to answer his question for him. Wolf had to answer the question... they just had to interpret it. "Well... What does she mean to you?"

Amelia did a graceful flip of the building, retracting her claws, and then landed lightly on the balls of her heels. She gained a multitude of strength from just the single human. She could do a lot more now then she used to, for instance, she didn't have to climb on the walls of buildings anymore.
"Maybe," Amelia started to voice her thoughts aloud, a bad habit one develops from being alone all the time. She caught herself and stopped the thought from escaping. "All right then, let's be off."

Wolf sighed. "I dont know...I've been a wreck so much for so long...She means my life,almost too much...And I've got nothing." He thought. I...must do something...either she's out there,or she's not... Wolf put his head in his hands,after wiping them off with a nearby napkin. "What am I to do...?"

Wolf let his arms drop,and they hit the table with a thud. "I dont know anymore...We were together happily,we were meant to be,but...now she's gone,I dont know what to do..." However,Wolf felt that he was,indeed,wasting his time.

Wolf shook his head. "No..I've been searching,for months...almost a year...I just can't bear to think..." Wolf sighed,and said under his breath "That she's gone..." It was true,that he couldnt.But Wolf knew,that she was.

Mephlius shook his head no. "You've been searching with your eyes and ears. You don't get it..." He kept his voice low, far below human hearing. But, being all lycans, they'd all hear it. "We're hunters. Our specialty is tracking people down."

He resisted his emotions,not letting them show on his face,but rather in his eyes. "I've been searching with my heart.Is that one element that the hunters cannot use?" Wolf asked in a monotone.

Mephlius shrugged. "That's a pretty poetic way to search, but... not too effective." He paused. "This conversation has become way to serious." He said with a smile. "We'll deal with your problem, but let's talk about something else. How are you? What have you been doing since we lost contact? How've you been?"

((Sorry I haven't posted, my computer mesed up. *beats it with a toaster*))
Prometheus nodded towards Amelia, then stood up. He put Izzy in his arms to cradlle her again. He walked to the edge of the alleyway, looking out to see who was there. He stepped out, waiting for Amelia to follow.
