Apparently it is possible to amplify chakra using technology. As well as stop it.
That makes about as much sense as anything else in Naruto.

Niether do I, I rather enjoy character 'development'. There are a lot of characters in Naruto that 'develop'.

well. enegy is energy, no matter how it's generated. so I woudl assume it can be increased or decreased through the same type of technology you use to do it to electricity

Chakra is an energy that is the manifestation of 'soul'. Its best just not to think about it.
I watched the end of one episode in English. I thought it was pretty good until I found out Sasuke didn't really die.
