Wolf patted Izzy's back,seeing her confusion and hearing her low growl."Its all right,Izzy.Prime and me are here,you'll be okay." He said.Wolf looked back down at the Burger King,knowing that he would come down once their gigantic order was finished.He looked back to Izzy soon after though."Do you like your ball,Izzy?"

"There's nowhere in particular. Maybe away from the smell of bl- um, humans..." Amelia said. She had remained sitting when Wolf came but she kept her eyes on him the whole time, being the only threat. Prometheus she knew wouldn't hurt her, the child was with Prometheus, if it attacked he'd hold it back. She didn't trust the new one. She stood up, he slitted eyes still watching the person who quite obviously had a split personality. She'd noticed it when his tone had slightly changed earlier.
"I'll follow you." She said, half turned to Prometheus.

"It is tempting....." Prometheus added to what she said about humans. He hadn't fed for a while, and he didn't want to die over hunger. "You sure you just want to follow me? I don't have much sense of direction while walking....." Prometheus half-smiled, it had been a long time since he'd seen her.

Wolf kept his thoughts of the humans to himself.I had seen the humans as a food source so long ago...they were my meal.now,I have other sources. He pushed the thoughts out of his head,trying not to eavesdrop too much on Prime.Wolf rubbed Izzy's head.

Amelia smiled back. "That's alright. There's no need for direction." She turned her eyes to Prometheus but let her claws extend, just in case. "I'm sure you'll find an interesting place to go anyway."

Wolf plopped down on the rooftop,looking at Izzy,then Prime,then the newcomer,then Izzy again.He noticed the newcomer had...claws.She's taking precautions because of a mellow 12-year old. Wolf stifled a laugh,and looked down at the Burger King again.It seemed nothing was happening,so he stayed on the rooftop.

Amnity instantly relaxed in Mephlius' arms, not fully calm, but relaxed none the less. She turned her head, burying her face in Mephiuls' jacket, as if she were a shy child hiding from a group of strangers. When she finally inhaled from holding her breathe for so long, instead of the tempting smell of human flesh she breathed in her love's scent. Amnity loved his scent, so much that she purposefully took another deep breathe to imprint his aroma in her mind. Like.....Lavender....Lavender and cinnamon....Yet it's husky, and masculine. It wasn't a type of cologne, as far as she knew, but it was as alluring and as one. Thinking about Mephlius' scent drove her attention away from her hunger, just for a minute. Once they entered the fast food restaurant the smell of fried burgers, fries, and grills masked over the scent of anything else. Even the cashier's smell was overwhelmed by the smell of burgers and soda. Amnity lifted her head up from Mephlius' jacket for a second and looked around, and caught Wolf entering and eventually leaving Burger King.
As the 5 people in the restaurant hurried about, trying to fill the large order the cashier spoke in a shaky, hesitant voice. "Uh...Th-That would be....uh..." Before the shaky teenager could finish, Amnity dug into her pocket, pulled out her wallet, and whipped out three c-notes, pushing them across the counter over to him.
"Just keep the change..." She said quickly. The sooner she gets the food, he better. A man with dreadlocks handed her the sodas, and she gladly took them, taking a huge drink of sprite. It began filling up in her stomach, and it tingled as it slipped down her throat, but still it didn't completely fill her hunger. "Thirsty?" Amnity asked Mephlius in a soft voice, holding out one of the other cups to him.

Wolf's stomach growled fiercely.He looked to Prime. "I'm off." He jumped down ,and walked in the Burger King to Amnity and Mephlius,and breathed in deeply as their order was finished. The fast food had quickly masked all other scents,and he was nearly overpowered by the urge to feed.
When Wolf was next to Mephlius and Amnity,he stared at their order for a second.He quickly grabbed his drink and started sipping on it.Wolf sighed happily as the tingly soda washed down his throat,and before he knew it,Wolf had finished half of his drink and was still starving.He quickly stopped draining the soda,and motioned to a nearby empty table."Lets sit there and eat,unless you want to eat this standing."
Wolf chuckled slightly to himself.He slightly envied Amnity deep down.She has her lover and they both know it.I felt that before,and now...Now,I'm a lost soul,searching desperatly searching for one that is irreplaceable,and the only one who could save me from my own darkness.I cannot bear the fact that she is gone.Because...because she is NOT,I will continue searching until she is found again... Wolf walked over and stood over the table,lost in his own thoughts yet again.

Psychedelic...
I think I know, I mean I "Yes" but it's all wrong...
Mephlius took the last cup from Amnity, and filled it with cherry coke from the nearby machine. After taking a sip, he put the cup down on one of the two trays that was all but overflowing with burgers and fries. He picked up one tray with each hand, and turned to the cashier. "Thank you." He added politely before filing into the table Wolf had picked out. He downed a burger in two bites, if only to seem normal to the people around them. Their... large... order had drawn quite a bit of attention. After swallowing, he turned to Wolf, and in a very calm voice, he asked... "Penny for your thoughts, Wolf?"

Wolf snapped back into reality,and looked at Mephlius."I'd prefer a dime." He laughed. "Really,I was just thinking of the reason I am here in the big city." Wolf refilled his drink with Sierra Mist,then sat down with Mephlius and Amnity,and starting living up to his name by wolfing down the food he got.Really,it really wasnt why he nick named himself The Black Wolf.He would probably admit to Amnity and Mephlius,as they were his closest friends.

Mephlius could easily tell there was something more. Even if Wolf was telling the truth, there was a story involved here. He paused a moment, giving him time to down another 3 burgers before asking. "So what is your reason?" He said, with little to no inflection in his voice.

Wolf paused."I had a love...then she disappeared." He looked down at his half eaten burger. "I have been searching for her for a long time." Wolf dragged out his pause a little longer,then continued to gulp down his food.He hid the true doubt and sadness behind his face full of fast food.

Mephlius paused a moment, taking in the answer, then smiled. "A noble cause" He glanced at Amnity for a second before quickly going back to his food, wondering if she had noticed. But before he could answer that question for himself, he was far too distracted by the Triple Whopper with Cheese resting in his hands. He quickly ate it. "This was a good idea..." He said, with a mouthful of food. He swallowed. "A really good idea." He added before finishing off another cheeseburger.

Amnity was still at the counter, waiting for the rest of the burgers to come. She had managed to grab a burger when Mephlius passed by with 2 trays, carrying them almost effortlessly with both hands. As she ate, she watched as the rest of the Burger King staff scramble around to try and grill 100 'whopper' things. They set out 2 more trays, each with 25 burgers each. Amnity carried one to the table where Mephlius and Wolf sat, then went back to the counter to get the other tray. She whistled as she went back to the table where they sat, setting the last tray down and sitting down beside Mephlius. "What are you guys talking about now?" Amnity asked curiously as she tore the wrapper away from the burger in her hands before devouring it.

Wolf looked over to Amnity."Hey,you joined in on the meal!" He continued to shove the food over the small lump in his throat.Wolf did not want to stay on the topic of the reason he was in NYC.Every time he talked about it,he felt more doubtful.But Wolf couldnt accept the fact that he had gone through everything for nothing.He paused again for a moment to take a sip of his Sierra Mist.
