I really think those sand techniques should be clan techniques. I mean 100% control over sand would be available to everyone in the guild. That is basicalyl shukaku for everyone. If there is sand manipulation there should be water, fire, wind, and electricity control to make it fair right? stare

When people say puppetry techniques, you'll notice that many people have other people's profiles in their own. That's basically what they meant, the ability to make a manifestation of someone else's abilities.
