13 years ago in his secret underground lair in Russia, the most evil super villian mad scientist of all time, Dr. Destruction, started working on his greatest creation ever. It became apparent to him in all of his years of super villaning that no woman he ever kidnapped would ever fall in love with him, and no woman who was crazy enough to love his mercury-soaked brain was ever very good looking. So he decided that instead of finding a wife, he would make one himself. So, he sent his army of robots around the world, collecting the DNA from the strongest super heroes, the smartest scientists, the most powerful politicians, and the sexiest porn stars. He placed them in an egg and stuck it in a giant tube. He constructed a count-down clock set for 18 years and 9 months and named the embryo that he would one day marry "EVA"
Soon after Eva Destruction was "born", her training began. She learned how to fly and how to control her immense strength. She was taught war tactics and the fine art of manipulating people. She learned nuclear phyiscs and how to construct biological weapons. Things were going pretty well for Dr. Destruction, who was eagerly awaiting the day he'd marry the perfect super villianess. But then, Eva started to become moody and angsty, and decided that she didn't want to marry a creepy 90 year old man. And so, before you could say "puberty," she packed all her stuff and ran away to good ol America.
When Eva got to America, she found herself an orphanage and waited to become adopted. Not too long after, she was adopted by two particularly ignorant folks from the suburbs, who were happy to finally have a child after 20 years of not being able to conceve (hint: you need to have sex first) and loved her curly blonde hair and her cute "british" accent. Eva happily went with them and was excited for her first day of school. But things would not go well for poor Eva.
On her first day of school, things looked like it would be ok, but no school is complete without bullying boys. Eva made the mistake of telling people her greatest weakness. You see, as a woman with super powers, she gets her power from eating sugar. Pure sugar, like the stuff you stir in your coffee. But, if she eats an artificial sweetener like nutrasweet or splenda, she'll have a horrible alergic reaction that will suck all of her strenght right out of her. And you know, little bastards think it's funny to trick alergic kids into eating stuff that can kill them. Luckly for Eva she was able to find 6 pounds of sugar in the lunchroom pantry, quickly recovered and beat the living snot out of them in the most extravagant way possible. Her temper caused her cover to be blown, and the world knew that a 13 year old girl with super powers was living in Small Town USA.
So what did the world do? Dr. Destruction (who's still determined to marry her) and his fembot companion Sigma Esplion Xi, began to plot ways to go to america and collect her. The world organization of Super Heroes got together and decided that Eva is a threat to humanity and has to be stopped at all costs. And the goverment decided that the greatest thing ever would be to kidnap her and get some DNA to clone an army of cute girly weapons for themselves.
And the school? They decided that Eva, with her violent temper and need for a special diet, belongs in the Special Ed class. She settles in and makes a small group of friends. Kaitlin, the hyperactive attention-whore, Lucy, the smart-assed sarcastic b***h who takes advantage of everyone's pity because she's blind, and Natisha, the manically depressed poser-goth. Together they battle all of the most powerful people in the world, grade-school politics, and watch Eva grow up to become the most powerful super villianess ever.
