"Back then, you were somewhat inward and somber. Now you're as giddy as Alanna."

"Then ask yourself this, the same question I first addressed to you.
Do you still loathe that other form of you?"

"You should know how deep a question that is. If the answer is changed even the slightest, then you know just how significantly you've changed."

Skyeheart looked over the ocean and wiped his brow.
"Brings to mind how much I've changed over the years.
I first came at Lady Angel's invitation, and swore fealty to work for the better of this syndicate.
I was a tight person, but then again, I already ran the vigilante guild RONIN and was a general to a dragon god. Comradely was probability what I considered friendship.
The tension only grew as I butted heads with with some of the more darker people of the syndicate. Like Aliator. No sooner had I acquainted myself with Seisuke-san, than he beat him senseless and took to his mistress Clavi for her experiments. Then when I tried to save him, he took Alanna and purposely hurt her to provoke me. And then there was the time I befriended Alice, who was owned as a slave by that vampire at the time. Aliator learned of our friendship, and ordered her to assassinate me.
But like the battle at his keep, he failed again as Alice was too softhearted to actually let me die.
Then came a rather arrogant phase of me. I grew prideful, thinking of the self-glory I felt in using my strength to help my friends. I hungered for adventure. As was the point in time when I met Ziven, Reeve, and Gage.
Ziven was different back then too. She was much more passive and observant, a true neutrality. Through her I learned of Reeve's plight and his demonic power locked away in a void. I sought to help, but Reeve continued to warn me not to think I was invincible. I ended up making things worse, and maybe played a part that led to his ultimate demise months later. No sooner had that ordeal ended, Gage sought my destruction. We clashed, and...well you've met him once, you know how he did me over.
Humbled by both guilt and defeat, I sought training and forgiveness for my arrogance, and left RDS to return to my homeland for awhile after I earned my ability to use runic power.
You probably wouldn't even believe I would have gone into a battle-lusted-rage if someone came by and scratched you just now. But back when I was new, that's probably what I would have done."

Ashe apeared sitting on the beach out of breath and pretty worn down looking. Standing up she hurried to the water to look at her reflection. She had changed not alot but still none the less her features were sharper her hair a diffrent color and longer her eyes so bright blue. "Who am I?"

Wandering slowly among the lands, her nose buried in a book as she went. There was a smile on her face as she wandered so very calmly while reading, actions which brought her pure bliss. When she realized that there was someone she knew nearby, she shifted her course. Without saying anything she sat beside Ali, calmly closing her book, which then disappeared. Looking to him with the same calm smile as always, she knew that there was much to be said between them, though realized it was much that had been said before. With this, she hoped that he would realize this and simply enjoy the moment with her and be at peace.
