If you don't like it you could always try to kill them. As long as you don't do it in an area that has an NPC like the library, or stir up too big of a mess in the dormitories or main building that the Landlady comes to kick your a**, you should be in the clear. Anything pretty much goes here and if you want something you can surely get it, eventually, but you have to be willing and able to make it happen.

Truly. Try to think of it as real life man. There are rules but you don't have to obey them. You can cheat and not get caught if you're creative and smooth enough. Hell, why do you think we have a black market on the island if we didn't want students taking advantage of the rules?

Just keep in mind that this encouragement only includes in role-play stuff like killing someone, or getting some kind of weapon or level. General role-play rules like godmoding, meta-game, ect. are still heavily punished. lol

I realize its probably confusing, but just give it some time you'll get the hang of it.

It's sorta inconsistent to have three ******** people in a room meant for two.
Or is the funding running a bit low and they can't even pay for an extra room and they need to overcrowd rooms?
