Meanwhile, in 2011...
Rumors begin to spread around campus. Rumors that Cassandra Sandsmark was expelled, and in a show of solidarity, her three closest friends quit school at the same time.
With Cassandra expelled, the only other candidate for Class President, James Jesse took the position by default. He and his friends were becoming known as the most powerful clique in the school.
Though there were rumors about them, too. Hartley Rathaway, part of their group was rumored to have had a nervous breakdown and was currently living in the school's special 'treatment ward.'
The most prominent rumor, though, was about a rogue radio station that was broadcasting on campus. None of the teachers knew about it, and it seemed that only certain people in the student body knew where on the dial to find it when it broadcast every week. The hosts used voice changers and worked under code names.
And the rumors said that this radio show, "Radio Villain," reported and encouraged criminal activity in Midvale and beyond....
