Core and Chiasa walked in and saw some faces they haven't seen in ages, "Aislin! Gab!" Core exclaimed, smiling.

Chiasa looked immensely relieved upon seeing the two. It was refreshing to see them back and safe.

Nikoli looks up, having barely been acknowledged.
Am I THAT much of an a*****e? he thinks. He then shakes his head and looks back at his granola. He polishes off the bowl, and takes it to he sink to wash.
"So I'm assuming you're going to want that report, Core?" He asks, not looking up from the sink.

Aislin smiled at him and stood, walking over to him. She gave him a warm hug, and then opened her arms to Chiasa, "Hey you two, how have you been. Ignore the slob slurping up bacon. I haven't been able to feed him properly since we left."
Gab enunciated that fact by slurping up another strip of bacon, "Uts up!"
