(second all time favorite color is pink, bedroom walls are pink, blanket is pink -------------->>>)
It's a good movie. Have you also seen the Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles? Out of mainstream I think those 3 and possibly Girls Just Wanna Have Fun are my favorite 80's movies. I'll never get sick of them.

What's everyone up to this evening? I'm relaxing in some sweats, eating some hot pockets, and catching up on anime (caught up to the current episode of Bleach, and finishing up the last few eps of Ergo Proxy). Probably going to indulge in my guilty pleasure after that (I like to watch... um... Sonny With A Chance... Yeah, I know I'm like a decade too old for it, but I don't care. xd )
My favourite '80s movie is The Goonies. The theme song, by Cyndi Lauper, is my ring tone on my cell phone. razz

Oh yes i have all of those movies. I'm a big 80 early 90's movie fan. I have Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, Valley Girl, Goonies, Hairspray, Footloose and Crybaby. There is like 2 movies i have yet to get and working on getting those soon once i get the money.
As for the movie Goonies it's more of a comedy.

It's about a group of kids who are about to lose their neighbourhood to an expanding golf course, and their parents can't afford to pay them to keep the houses. The kids find an old pirate map and go looking for buried treasure, and along the way they're pursued by some local criminals who set up headquarters at the place where the trail on the map starts.

So...it's not scary? Maybe I'll watch it then. Oh best movie EVER Sleepless in Seattle. I cry every time, love the hairstyles too. It's so good. Hooray for good 80s and 90s movies, they are the best. Let's not forget this was also the era of eternally classic series like Star Wars and Indiana Jones, amazing.

I know this might be sort of unrelated to what y'all are talking about, but my art teacher said the most hilarious thing ever.
There's this guy in my class that is random and always trying to get people to laugh. He's kinda like a class clown. Then the art teacher said loud and clear to him at a volume that the entire classroom could hear (hey it rhymed xd ), "I'm afraid that someday you will pull a Ferris Beuller's Day Off. You and Ferris are alike in so many ways."

I would so love to pull a Ferris Bueller's Day Off... xd I never did anything like that in high school... skipped a lot of class in college, but it didn't matter nearly as much and I don't think I ever really did anything that was quite so entertaining. razz
