Bigby takes a long drag on his cigarette.
Taking a long time for you to think up al of your answers, Kord.
Timeline. Wally West leaves his home at 1:30 p.m. Steve Rogers reports seeing West pass by his neck of the woods at 1:45 p.m. This is corroborated by eye witnesses. Remy LeBeau claims to have seen West at approximately 2:15 p.m, and the direction West is moving in corroborates the story that he was coming from Rogers' area, and heading towards an area known to be patrolled by....d**k Grayson.
Then, you report seeing West at approximately 3:40 p.m, twenty minutes before your arrival at the party, and the subsequent discovery of West's body.
Mr. Kord, are you aware that your heart rate is extremely elevated right now? I can hear your breathing all the way over here.

Mr. Kord, are you aware that your heart rate is extremely elevated right now? I can hear your breathing all the way over here. Look I never said any time. You are assuming 3:40 and trying to make me look like the guilty party. The truth is I did see Wally and we did talk I don't what happened when he left my house but he left there alive and healthy and since I was home getting ready to go to the party there really wasn't anyway for me to murder him. Unless of course I've developed some unkown psychic powers I'm currently unaware of. My elevated heart could be do to the fact that I have a heart condition and being treated like I'm the guilty one all of a sudden is kind of upsetting. Ted looks Bigby straight in the eyes an angry glare to themNow is there anything else you'd like to ask?

Takes a seat at the bar, knowing he has about fifteen minutes before he goes back on patrol. For once, he's not wearing the Nightwing costume, but the normal attire of the 'Haven police.

Well, Grayson, Ted just stated that not only did he meet up with Wally West, but that West claimed to have just had a confrontation...with you. And it's been made no secret that your scent is strong on the crime scene.
How about starting from the beginning of the day and telling me exactly what went down?

"Depends on what you call day Bigs?" d**k had plenty to do, be it gathering the riff raff legally, or checking in on the Titans. But on that particular day...it had been no different.
"I woke up, had a cup of coffee, two sugar no cream. Took a shower, and cleaned my room. Bruce never let me leave things messy, well, Alfred, man I miss those two sometimes." Smirking as he took a sip of water, he could do this all day.
"Walked outside, heard a few gunshots no more than three blocks away. So I took to an ally and changed my demeanor, something more comfortable, found two men standing over a seventy five year old lady bleeding to death. So...I delt with them." She lived, though he made sure to return the favor for her to the guys.
"From there, I went an had breakfast with Roy." Quirking a brow, he knew Roy would vouch for him if need be.
"Typical day at work, one homicide, and tons of paperwork...from there, I was at the Cyberdome working out for my fight against that reject Tad."

Tad Ryerstaed. I've seen him nosing around. He seems to consider murder a game. So you were preparing for a fight after a morning of being a hero. I'm sure you can provide contact information for this Roy Harper. By this time a professional such as yourself should have all of his ducks in a row, after all.
Bigby points at him with the cigarette.
You were in the Cyberdome. Then?
