The men gazed at Jack. Some cheered at his comment, while the ranking officers grew annoyed that they'd have to try and take another one of this bitches down, in for experimentation.
Ready to protest in taking her, the lieutenant scoffed at Jack's proclaims yet signaled for his men to pack it up.
Jean was actually about to fall asleep, when she felt Jack pick her up.
"Damn I'm tired..."
"I can't see why...? You only fought Zar, had some drinks, watched another blood bath... and still managed to kill some more! I'd say your living high on life..."
Jean actually had to agree with her, this was just about the most funniest day of her life. Except for the medieval era... now that was fun.
Jasie continued, "Well, we should be dead anyways... Thanks to Jack, were not. So mega, sucking..."
Jean cut off Jasie, "Shut the ******** up Jasie... just ride the long roller coaster of sleep, and you or I'll... well we'll, deal with Jack later." She said 'deal with' in a good way.
Jean heard Jack's praise, and a grin grew upon her lips. "No better than JR would have been, in my place." She whispered back, then again she had a feeling he might have done things differently.

Amelia had fallen asleep on the fire escape, weak with exhaustion from starving herself of her natural diet. Her tail twitched like a cat's does when it sleeps.

"He wouldn't have acted. He'd take the shots, and torture them one by one. Course, he would have used a bit more finesse," he added with a grin.
He chuckled quietly, but soon, it faded along with his grin as he realized what he he was saying. He did not take comfort in a joke like that. That was a sign that JR was trying to get an edge in. He grunted quietly as he shook his head.
"Great, I'm becoming a psycho like you."

Momo looked at the demon,"So...you've talked to him. On Good terms?"
Katsu shook his head,"That doesn't matter Momo! What matters is if the demon knows where Razu might be!" Katsu glanced up at the demon aim this at him,"Do you?"

Jean grinned, knowing she'd probably do the same. Well if things were in fact different, and if she didn't have Jasie's life, and someone who cared deeply for them in mind. Yet she was pretty out there as it was...
"Your right..." She spoke on both terms, and with that she fell into silence.

Jack carried her into in alley. When he felt no one was in site, he set her down, resting her against that wall. He sighed as he sat down across from her. He groaned as he ran his fingers along his hair.
"Christ, I can't believe I helped her after she did that."
That's because you couldn't hurt an innocent... Jasie I mean. Goodie two shoes.
"Anywhere you need to go?"

Jean grunted as Jack set her down, and she look over at him. "Thanks... I really mean that Jack." She lended in and actually kissed him on the cheek.
JEAN... WHAT-THE-F...
"Jasie Don't get your panties in a twist... yet remind me later to kick your a** for rubbing off on me."
"Not really.... I'm not really one of the welcomed, if you know what I mean. But I have a place." She softly whispered back, knowing she had a long night ahead of her in pulling, and taking out bullets. Jean had actually lost quite a lot of blood, so her main location would be to head home. Not to mention Midnight was probably really pissed off at her to... so home was were she had to go.

He was caught off guard by the peck on the cheek and the thanks. It was flattering her had to admit... but it bothered him that it came from Jean. Although she had the possibility of good... what he saw of her reminded him too much of JR. Still, he smiled in thanks.
"If it's at the coven, I don't think I can get anywhere near there."
He chuckled quietly he felt his side. There was a sharp pain. As he looked down, he could see an near invisible blot of blood on his black shirt. He swore quietly. No doubt one of the bullets had hit him. He was surprised he hadn't noticed it til then.
"Well, at least it was just a flesh wound," he said to himself.

Jean noticed the hesitant look on and in Jack's eyes. As if he was startled, and didn't believe she was capable of thanks and compassion.
She shrugged the odd feeling she had, not knowing what it was really... and looked at herself.
With a chuckle, Jean more or so spoke to herself. "Looks like it's butchered beyond repair..."
Tattered and torn, not to mention blood soaked. The clothes were pretty much useless and so, not hers.
"Thank god at least," she snickered to herself.
"Hey...! But I seriously think he won't mind."
Think again Jasie...
"Can't you ever be positive for once, in your ******** life!"
I'm not living, remember. More like the a crazed lifeless b***h.
"Screw you!"
What time baby!
Jack's voice brought them out of there bickering.
"It's ok Jackie, I think I can manage on my own." A pool of blood began seeping in cracks beside her. "And besides... you've done a lot for us. Thanks baby! I just hope you make it to... well were ever your going ok. Don't forget to look after that wound of yours." Jean confused at what the hell just came out of her mouth, gapped a little in shock. But quickly snapped out of it, feeling a little light headed.

Jack looked up at Jean. He was surprised at her words. But he was more worried than surprised. He grabbed one of her arms and put it around his neck, soon helping her up. He looked at her and nodded.
"I think I should carry you somewhere where you can rest. I have an apartment nearby."

Daiguren eyed him, "I have no clue were he'd be and goodbye." Daiguren started to walk toward the edge of the building jumping off into the alley way. Then using his demonic abilities he vanished with amazing speed to the alley that Jack had walked into, avoiding the eyes of the police. "What an act, I give you credit for thinking on your feet like that." (oohhh, ok i edited it)

Wolf sighed as the City got boring again,so he walked into an alley,and emerged a little bit later on the rooftops,guzzling the last of the vodka and throwing it to the alley below.Wolf then sat on the edge of the roof,letting his feet dangle,watching the street below.

Jean dozing off a bit, was startled awake when Jack slung her arm over his neck and helped her up. Sleepily she asked, "Wh-what, are you doing?" She tried to shove him away, but was to weak to do anything. "I'm ok... I can do it on my...." Before she could finish, Dai walked into the same alleyway. Jean eyed him, seeing two of them. "Wow..." She moved her left hand seeing two as well, "There's two of you." She chuckles, "Trippy... yet let's see which one is real!" She rummages for her .45, yet grips one of her fighting knives and then points it at Dai. "Get closer, Jack."

Jack was fast to react. He quickly grabbed the knife, holding it away from Dai, shaking his head. He gave her a stern look, but he had to figure that she lost more blood than what she was used to. She took a lot of bullets and lost a lot of blood.
"There's only one... you're seeing things because your tired. Now I need to take you to a place where you can rest. Okay?"
"Christ she needs help... for more than just wounds too..."

"One...?" She shook her head and finally seen one of Dai. "Ah... Dai!" She looked at Dai and then at Jack.
"I'm ok..." She tried to move from him.
