Kiara walked in, holding a sketchpad in one hand, a squirming Satan in the other, and a pencil sticking out of her mouth. She appeared to be deep in thought as she sat down in one of the chairs, braced the pad against her leg, and removed the pencil. She paused for a moment and added something to the page, and then looked up. "Afternoon," she said, nodding her usual greeting to Sammy.

"'Ello. ^^ Whatcha doin'?" Sammy asked, her head cocked to the side in a questioning manner. Squirt took his spot on the floor, Vixen continued to fly in the air, and Troy sat beside Sammy.

"Drawing," Kiara responded, holding up the pad. It contained a fully sketched-out but uninked and uncolored luxray. Satan wriggled free of her and ran over to Squirt, panting. Meanwhile, Nyoka, who was now allowed to roam as he wished on the oath that he wouldn't hurt anyone, came down the stairs, all nine feet of hims stretched out. The serviper slithered over to the couch and peered over it, apparently interested. It appeared that Nyoka and his trainer were getting along a bit better than when Nyoka was first caught.

"Well, that's good." Sammy smiled, looking over at Satan and Squirt. Squirt responded to Satan by jumping on top of him, attempting to pull his tail upwards. "Squirt! -.-" Sammy scolded, but he either failed to hear or didn't care. Although Sammy wasn't scared of the snake-like pokemon that was now slithering forth, she scooched a bit the other way when she saw his size.

"Thanks," Kiara said. She glanced up again, absent-mindedly reaching her hand back to feel Nyoka's cool, smooth, scaled head. A red tongue flickered out to taste the air and feel her hand. "Taking good care of your egg, I see." Satan yelped in surprise and excitement, playfully pushing his paws against Squirt's shell, trying to push him off. It seemed to him he had found someone new to play with. Kiara glanced over at the pair, seeming unsurprised to find Satan in his current position. "Satan..." she warned half-heartedly, as she had already warned him several times before, but like those previous times, Satan failed to obey.

"Hi, Mr. Thard!" Sammy called, waving. She then turned to Kiara, carressing the top of the egg with her finger tips. "Yeah; I don't want anything to happen to him... or her. ^^" Sammy said, pulling the egg a bit closer to her. Squirt saw that Satan was trying to escape his grasp, so he let a small stream of water flow over Satan; not enough to hurt, but hopefully enough to surprise him... Or not. Squirt still tugged at the tail that he wanted so badly, and he wasn't going to let it go.

"I do not blame you," Kiara said, a smile rebelliously tugging at her lips. "That is why I left Aquarius in charge of mine. I cannot keep an eye on Satan and the egg at the same time, and I am better at keeping Satan in check, so Aquarius offered to watch the egg."
Satan yelped in indignance as he got a faceful of water. He quickly decided that he wanted Squirt's tail, if the water pokemon was intent on having his. Satan wriggled away and crouched, watching Squirt's tail. With a lunge, Satan tried to pin the tail to the ground with his two front paws, throwing all his weight into it.

"Oh, hi Sammy. I don't recognise our new face though. Hello and welcome to Team Aqua. I'm Thard, and this is Xatu, Tyrannus, Phione, and --"
*I stop short, seeing that Mantine has already decided to return to its pokeball*
"Well, Mantine was here a moment ago, guess he's shy or something."

"Nice to meet you," Kiara said, inclining her head to one side in greeting. She took out a pen and began to ink the drawing. "I'm Kiara. The serviper is Nyoka, the poochyena over there is Satan, and Aquarius, a horsea, is currently in my room."

Squirt squirmed and wriggled his hardest, but to no avail. Instead of trying to free his own tail, he would return to his quest to capture the enemy's furry tail. Squirt lunged for it, trying to capture the fuzzy menace. Squirt lightly closed his jaws, hoping he had succesfully captured the tail. "Yeah, from the looks of Satan, I wouldn't trust him with an egg, either. Sorta like Squirt... sweatdrop " Sammy laughed, looking at the two rascals throw themselves every which way.

"Nice to meet you as well, Kiara. I wish I could stay and chat, but I've got to see if I can find an aquatic engineer to help fix HQ. Let's go, you guys!"
*Phione looks disappointed, it wanted to play with Squirt and Satan. Tyrannus (Golduck) just has a ' sweatdrop Kids...' expression. Xatu teleports the four of us out of HQ*

Satan yelped with surprise. His tail had been caught! His kneaded his paws against Squirt's tail as he tried to pull free, but he seemed to be stuck. Yetting out a long howl, he collapsed over Squirt's tail, paws stuck comically out in front. His head fell forward, and he looked like a rug as he effectively trapped Squirt's tail (or so he hoped). Kiara's eyebrow arched as she watched the two.
"And together, those two would probably destroy an egg," Kiara muttered. "Bye, Thard." Kiara watched Xatu teleport them out.

"Bye Mr. Thard." Sammy said, then looked down at the tussling pokemon. Squirt had now been forced to release Satan's tail, and was currently splayed out on the floor. Sammy looked down at her TADS to find the time. "Darnit... I've got to meet someone for dinner in a bit; We've gotta get going. Bye!" Sammy said, waving. Squirt was overlly sad when he was forced to stop his 'battle', and reluctantly followed Sammy out through the teleporter, as did her other pokemon.

Kaano slowly walked up to the door, Kinesis on his back with her arms folded around his neck. As he went to touch the door; to push it open; he hesitated slightly. It had been so long, and he wasn't sure if he could keep a promise of staying for a long period of time. His entire life was thrown up into the air, but for the time being, all he knew is that he needed a place to stay again; a place for him to spread his wings like he attempted to do before. Maybe then, once life finally stopped swirling for him and things started to really make sense, he could finally decide if this was where he really was meant to be, and if this was really what he had wanted.
So deciding that this decision was his only real choice for now, he pushed the door and let it slowly swing open, a creeking sound that everyone but he could hear ringing out throughout HQ. He didn't walk in, but simply glanced around the room that was before him. It had been too long. He knew that to just simply walk in would be rather rude, especially considering the false notification he had sent last time; all those months ago. As his eyes began to scan, he noticed that there were a few people he hadn't recognized, but one face that did stick out like a sore thumb. It was someone he had grown to like and respect over the short time he had been here, and he still enjoyed the idea of having this guy as his superior. I'm back...
