The girl took the pocky staring down at it. Didn't Mr. Sephiroth hear them too? Wasn't he scared? She blinked, then started munching on the pocky, staring down at her feet.

He hugged her a bit tighter, then stood up, then put her on his shoulders. "C'mon, kiddo.. Give me a smile. Please?" He looked up at her behind his mask, his eyes pleading. He smiled at her, then walked back out into the main room.

The girl leaned her head on his tiredly, her arms wrapping around under his chin. "Mmnnh~" She did not want to talk, or smile. She was very tired...

Nyl came in the front door - well aware of what usually happened when she did such things - barely limping at all now, and looking like she was in a much better mood.

Seph looked back down at the doors. "Hi, Nyl." He looked back up at Syoku. "Hey, kiddo. Miss Nyl's here!" He pointed. "Want to go see her?"

The girl looked up, over at Nyl as she rubbed her eyes with one hand and waved to Nyl with her other. She was still sniffling quite a bit. "Hewwo, Ns. Nwyl..."

~Noises. In my room, too. I'm beginning to think that these are not.. 'real' noises.~ The blood was again leaking from his ear.
~I didn't hear a thing, but apparently they were loud enough to make her scream loud enough to... shatter everything glass in my room.~

~You sure it was entirely her scream that shattered the glass? It might well have been something more...substantial. You think they're dream-noises, then? Like a nightmare?~

Syoku shook her head and smiled to Ms. Nyl. "Sweepy..." She then leaned her head against Mr. Sephiroth's, closing her eyes, yet finding it very hard to fall asleep no matter how much she wanted to.

~Positive. The glass was shattered outward.. It was the soundwaves from her scream. I don't know about dream-noise.. I don't think she fell asleep once last night..~

The white fox slipped out from behind the couch and looked up at Syoku. It liked her - she petted it.
~If not dream-noise, then...maybe...some sort of replaying memory? If she'd say more about it than just noise...hey. Your ear's bleeding.~
