Stopping at the first good branch she saw, Crystal took a seat. She looked down at the wolf and smiled.

*after sitting there for a few moments, the wolf looked up at her and tilted its head to the side. he couldn't climb and already figured that much out on his own from previous experiences.*

*he spotted someone far off in the distance, it looked to be a woman and a wolf pup. He decided to try and get a closer look, so he started leaping from tree branch to tree branch, landing each in in perfect silence. he covered the distance between them in no time and was soon standing in a branch directly above the young woman. he squatted of the tree branch, peering down at the two of them. he made no atempt to hide him self, though he sat in utter silence. the only thing hidden about him, was his grey eyes which were concealed by his long grey bangs*

Crystal said setting fron the tree looking down at him. She blow a few loss hair s out of her facee as she thought about what to do next.

*looking up at the girl aready he saw the man land on the branch above her and looked up at him. the wolf's tail was wagging behind it as it sat there on the ground*

Crystal titled her head as she watched the wolf. She let out a frustrated sigh as she sat there and leaned back against tree.
"Go away wolf!"
She didn't notice the man above her as she sat there looking down. Her right foot swung loosely as she started

*hearing her tell him to go away, his ears drooped and his tail stopped wagging. he was cuious and probably couldn't eat any more if he wanted to after 5 steaks and a gallon of milk. he gave her a saddened puppy eyed look, as if he understood what she said*

*he hops off to the side, staying clear of her path. he stood up on the branch, keeping near perfect balance, as he watched her*

Crystal jumped ashs e turned t see who it was. She looked as if she was about to jump out of her skin.
"Don't do that! You can give a person a heart attack"
She looked back down to the worl and sighed
"Look a don't want to be your dinner... ok?"

*dinner was the one word he always wanted to hear and rolled over on his back with his paws in the air. he watched the 2 in the tree as he lay there. even with his recent meal he barely weighed more than 50 lbs and was the size of a full grown wolf yet scrawny and under fed*

*still standing with both feet on the branch, he bows deeply at the waiste, then stands up straight again*

*he looks down at the wolf and quirks an eyebrow, as he guages the creature carefully*
If you like, I can remove this creature for you?
*he says in a cold and flat tone, as he reaches up and grasps the hilt of his sword, which was sheethed on his back*

Crystal pulled out some dried beef out of her pouch and tossed it off to teh side, hopingthe wolf would follow it.

*the wolf jumped up and went after the meat, picking it up in its teeth. carefully, the wolf turned around and brought the beef back to the base of the tree and set it down on the ground and sat down, looking up at them*

*he then jumps down from the tree branch, kneeling as he lands and then immediately standing up. he'd landed roughly fifteen feet from the Wolf, ju stenough room ro react if he needed.*

*he says to the Wolf, pretty much sure that the creature couldn't understand him. he kept his voice clalm and firm, though he was trying hiw best to be friendly*

*he turned and looked to the strange man and walked over to him slowly, sniffing at him. the wolf seemed timid about this, unsure about this, his tail between his legs for now. at least the female had dropped something that was tasty for him.*
