*Nicole looks up from the sandwich she was making, which smelled delicious* I might. Im pretty new here so taking the classes might not be a bad idea. Afterall, they could help me...but instead of blubbering on about myself, tell me, did your pancakes taste good this morning? I realize your the one who was leaving when I came to clean. Were the pancakes not good, since you didnt finish them..? *Nicole quieted herself and finished the sandwich, which she then put on a creme colored plate with gold pattern. She walked over to Summer and hans her the plate.* I hope you like it. If not then I'll try again...

*Summer giggled at the elf's remark on the pancakes.* No no no, they were very good. I didn't finish my helping because I was going to be late to class. *Summer took a big bite of the sandwich, chewing slowly.* This is very tasy, thank you so much. Would it be too much of a bother to ask for a butterbeer?

*Nicole smiles* Okay, I kind of took offense because those pancakes were the first meal I made. Sorry, I didn't know. And sure no problem. *Nicole opens the fridge again and grabs a butterbeer.* Here you go, nice and cold. Say, I'm going to be making a chocolate drizzle cake for dessert tonight. I have to start it now so I can make enough for everyone. Would you like to try the first piece and tell me what you think of it? I already made a small sample cake earlier but I haven't found anyone to try it yet. Will you?

Sorry. *Summer blushes* No offense was meant. *She takes a big swig of her butterbeer.* Sure I would love to try a piece. Chocolate is my weakness!

Don't worry, it was my fault for jumping to conclusions. *Nicole, again, walks over to the fridge and pulls out a beautifully decorated chocolate drizzle cake. Over at the counter, she slices two pieces of cake and brings one over to Summer.* This is it. Dessert for tonight.I just hope it tastes okay. If it doesn't I have to find something else for dessert. *Nicole walks back over to the counter and grabs the other plate. She sits down on a chair thats too small for any human to sit in, and takes a bite out of the cake she'd previously made.*

*Summer takes a fork and stabs a piece of the cake, bringing it to her mouth to taste.* Wow! This is very good! So moist! How come you doubt your food so much?

*Nicole frowns and looks down at her plate of cake.* I dont know *She mumbles quietly to herself for a second and then gets up and cleans her plate off* I'm glad you like it. *Then she proceeds to pull out eggs, flour, bowls, butter, and other ingredients to start the actual cake*

Would you like any help, or just prefer the company? I have no where to be...

*Nicole makes a small gasp and turns around.* You would keep a house elf company? Generous, generous. *Nicole turns back to the cake batter she was making* Do as you like but, you'll find it boring sitting in here after awhile. Stay if you like but I won't ask you of help, no no. You may help yourself to some food from the fridge though, if you get hungry. Would you like me to set a table of food for you? Or do you possibly have something that needs to be cleaned??

Oh, no. I'm quite fine. I know my way around these kitchens fairly well. *Summer gets up and begins wandering around the kitchen, making small talk to kep the little elf company.* So...how do you like cooking for Hogwarts?

*Nicole stops making the batter and watches Summer walk around the kitchen for a moment. Then she shrugs her shoulders and starts making even MORE batter.* Its okay. I don't get as much help as I thought. Some of the elves are really lazy. I haven't seen a single one all day. So, Iv'e been doing most of the cooking today. I like to cook but it gets tiring after awhile.

That's too bad. When I was a house-elf the kitchens were pretty active... Here, let me help. I miss the cooking anyway. *Summer grabs a bowl of batter and begins stirring*

*Nicole gasps again* No no its okay, I'll do it. You go sit by the fire and help yourself to another butterbeer. Don't you worry about helping me, I'll manage fine. I did fine with breakfast today. *Takes the bowl back* Go sit! *Grins*

*Nicole stares at Summer in horror! Then smacks her hand to her head* Was I stupid.?! Im sorry miss Westyn..Truely. Did I upset you? *Nicole grimaces and accidentally breaks the small mixing spoon in her hand. She repairs the spoon and starts stirring again.
