You can have a character of each race, so unless if you have created a character for each race without me knowing your still good if you were wanting to make a full bringer.

Welp if you need a FB imma have to snap my fingers and see what I can come up with. So far I have a savage melee fighter, a ranged fighter, imma have to think for a bit how I want him to be.

I QUIT! I never cared if the Fredricks had special techniques or not but, I was doing my best because it was important to Vexis. I just quit now! I don't mind revising them as many times as they need revising but, I will not be the one to seek approval for them. Vexis can figure that mess out. I hope that makes sense and is understandable. The current draft is under the spoiler tag.
Name: Klingeln Blitz (Ringing Flash) User: Only the Fredricks, a clan of Quincies, can use this. Weapon: A bladed weapon is used. Tier: Practitioner Description: A modified form Heiling Pfeil designed to use with a blade. The Quincy collects the Reishi at the point of the blade. This energy is released with a thrust that fires a piercing attack. This move is a two post move. Energy is charged in the first post and released in the second. Other: This was thought up by Vexis Furi and revised by Zigzag_Dragonslayer as a Fredricks Clan Technique. We would like Luka to be allow to know this so that way he can train Shiro.
Name: Brutale Schaukel (Brutal Swing) User: Only the Fredricks, a clan of Quincies, can use this. Weapon: A bladed weapon is used. Tier: Expert Description: A modified form Heiling Pfeil designed to use with a blade. The Quincy wraps the Reishi around their blade. When the blade is swung the energy is released as an explosion. This technique can also be use to augment a sword swing. This move is a two post move. Energy is charged in the first post and released in the second. Other: This was thought up by Vexis Furi and revised by Zigzag_Dragonslayer as a Fredricks Clan Technique. We would like Luka to be allow to know this so that way he can train Shiro.

Tier: Master Description: This technique is an extension of Brutale Schaukel that can only be used by masters. Instead of a single slash the user quickly produces two perpendicular slashes. The Reishi around the area of the cross section of these slashes gathers before expanding outwards to quadrisect the target. This move is a two post move. Energy is charged in the first post and released in the second. Other: This was thought up by Vexis Furi and revised by Zigzag_Dragonslayer as a Fredricks Clan Technique. We would like Luka to be allow to know this so that way he can train Shiro.
Name: Blut Link (Blood Link) User: Only the Fredricks, a clan of Quincies, can use this. Weapon: A Seele Schneider Tier: Practitioner Description: This technique is for use with a Seele Schneider. The Fredricks have complete control over the knowledge of this technique. As such only Fredricks are permitted to learn it. When blood of an individual is applied to the Seele Schneider energy stored in the weapon can be channeled into the user. This grants the user both increased speed and stamina. This link can only be maintained for five posts maximum. Less skilled users cannot hold the link for as long. Other: This was thought up by Vexis Furi and revised by Zigzag_Dragonslayer as a Fredricks Clan Technique. We would like Luka to be allow to know this so that way he can train Shiro.
Name: Seelen-Ursprung Klinge (Soul Origin Sword) Creator: Philip Fredricks Users: This invention is only know to members of the Fredricks, a clan of Quincies Description: This is a blade made of Soul Silver and, can look like any blade. Use: The original creation of Phillip Fredricks that for a strange mysterious reason was never made known to the Monarch or the general Quincy population. This blade is not made of Reishi but is rather made solely of Soul Silver. While it still collects Reishi at an amplified rate it cannot cut the bonds between Reishi. Instead the Reishi collected fortifies the blade to produce greater strength for the blade. Blut Link can be used with this weapon. A great deal of force can break the blade but, it does have to be a great deal of force. Other: Thought up by Vexis Furi and revised by Zigzag_Dragonslayer
