As long as the Guild receives an equivalent return, I usually approve ads.
Though I try to limit them to certain areas of the Guild, like the front page Affiliations...
In this case, though, if you just want to link to it in the OoC I don't care so much. Just don't go on about it in a bunch of posts...or I'll get irritated.

It's mostly just something I want to do for fun, a sort of cool joke character, but I'm still not sure if I will submit the profile when I'm done.
I have to figure out how they would fit in, first. XD

Yeah, I don't want to make him and then have nothing really to do with him. And he's...difficult as far as that goes..and difficult to make fit within the Guild systems.
I'll think on it, though.
