keishi_rin iKaze Arashi keishi_rin Ish debating to make my Rpc for iwa again, with everything correct and all, or drop it so Murasaki can venture here sometime >.< Drop her. Drop her now so Murasaki can visit.. Okies lol x3 And if you do, make sure you actually do have Murasaki venture here! ;D

I need to find a Satetsu scroll, because now I can learn up to a single A rank technique!!! Bwahahahahahaha!!! Or two B ranks, or three C ranks. But I'm thinking the A rank.

-o-Havik-o- How did you manage being able to learn the A ranked stuff at Genin? It's a rule that has been implemented. A genin can learn one A-rank, Two B-rank, or 3 C-rank jutsu. However, there are limits to how many one can perform of the A-rank and B-rank jutsu.

huh... that doesn't seem like a good idea Imo, but I can teach Shin a couple deadly Doton nin now.

In my case it does, since I rely on my satetsu, I could learn the two B rank techniques and have the equivalent of two A ranked techniques due to my ability control. I'm just happy now, I just have to find someone to teach me Satetsu, since a scroll for it would be in Sunagakure because that's where it originated.

Just seems like op stuff for a Genin to learn, but I don't think you can learn from a scroll because there is a Setsu user in the guild... You could always use the npc thread.

I've ben trying, It has been in there for well over a month. since it was there before i went on hiatus for a month long camp. so yeaaaah, I don't think that's getting done any time soon. that's why I posted a question as to if my character could create his D ranked Satetsu techniques I have pending.
