Matt looked up at the sky. It must have been late in the day, for it was turning a brilliant red-orange. He sighed. Oh, how I wish my angel was here, he thought. When the thought of her entered his mind, his chest tightened, as if trying to close the gap in it. He had to take deep breaths. He leaned against the tree. Oh, my angel, I am so sorry for leaving you. But you wouldn't understand, for I have lied to you my angel. I am not who you think I am....For Matt Hatter is the son of the Mad Hatter. I am not from Australia, but from Wonderland...A place where nothing is as it seems. I am so sorry, Ashle...I would give anything to be with you right now.
Matt sighed. He seemed to be waking up, but alas, it was not so.
Ashle felt a sinking feeling in her stomach. For a few minutes she'd been hopefull that he would wake up. She walked over to him and kissed his forehead. "I miss you, Matt Hatter. Please, wake up....Please....People here miss you terribly...." she whispered to his skin.

Alex didn't know she talked,well muttered things in her sleep.She turned her head towards Tao,her eyes closed and her hair in her face."Tao..." she muttered.

TAo blushed, then smiled. "Ya, Alex. I'm right here..." he said. His arm was throbbing. He just sat there by Alex, making sure she was all right.
((btw: I don't know if you guys are gonna like what I do to Matt or not...))

Alex was assuming all of this was a dream still,so she just smiled ,"I love you...." she muttered.

Tao smiled, "I love you too, Alex..." He blushed again. He then realized, wait...she was walking in her sleep...Dammit...His heart sank.

Ace of Hearts turned to the Ace of Clubs. "Elizabeth," he cooed. "What a lovely name. Elizabeth . . ." Ace of Hearts turned to Elizabeth, grabbing a gentle hold of her hand. "Thank you, Elizabeth," he whispered, stroking her cheek.
Victor . . . Victor Shayn . . . Victor and Elizabeth . . .
Ace glanced in Marcie's direction. "Ah . . . yes," he mumbled, lifting a heavy hand and waving lightly. "Take care, Marchy dear!"
He sat up, stretching his stiff arms and shoulders. Where could she possibly be going this late? And . . . who's Dan?
Ace glanced at the floor, his eyes widening. "Ah! There's no way I can wear those now!" He poked at his pants. "They're all dirty now! Ah, Jabberwocky!"
He sighed, falling back onto Marcie's bed and smiled, the memory of her grasping his body and breathing onto his neck resurfacing. He closed his eyes, hoping to fall back asleep.

Alex eyes fluttered open.She yawned, and looked at Tao,"Good morning..." she said quietly,not knowing what time it was.

Matt heard a noise behind him. Then he felt the cold barrel of a gun at the base of his neck. He sighed. "Go ahead, kill me. I know what you want. But let me tell you, Suits..." he said. He reached into his shirt and grabbed a small pistol. He turned and looked, and who he saw made his eyes widen.
"M-m-Mother?" he asked.
His mother grinned. "Come with me, Mathius. We never got to ask you all our questions...." With his mind captive by the sight of his once-dead mother. HE was lead once again to the cold, dark, interigation room. But this time, he was put in a chair.. He was strapped in. The Suits and his mother walked out. Suddenly, her voice rang out, "Mathius, were is the rebel base?" Her voice was sickly sweet.
Matt looked around, searching for her. "I don't know what you're talking about! I was just standing in the meadow...." He suddenly felt something like....like fire running through his veins. It was worse in his right arm.
Dammit...It's an electric chair...he thought. He bit his lip, tears coming. I'm never going to get out of her. God, Marcie....Ashle...What will they be thinking when they're standing over my grave? THat I was the funny kid brother that marchy always had to watch? And Ashle....what am I to her? Am I just a new friend that she could use as a shoulder to cry on? God, she probly doesn't even remember me...Why...Why does my soul have to be the one to suffer? Why can't someone just strike me down now? Please....Oh god, make this stop...
Ashle started pacing, wondering where the hell Marcie was. She was worried that something bad had happened to her. She looked at her phone...then remembered she'd forgotten to give Marcie her phone number. She walked around, looking out the window at times. The beeps and sounds of the room had become comforting now, reassuring her that Matt was still fighting for his life. It still made her hurt for him. She was so worried...She sighed. Her stomach growled. She hadn't eaten since the brownies at Alex's place last night.
Tao smiled at her, "Morning, Ms. Mary Sunshine. How was your rest?" he said softly to her. His eyes were still slightly dim from the pain in his arm.

And...LOL how is Two gayer than Will and Grace??? *dies laughing*
Man, the action here is intense... mrgreen look at all the drama, too mrgreen )
Three fidgeted once more, burying his face in the soft, comfortable pillow.
It was warm...
Surprisingly warm...(dun dun duuuuuuuuuuun XD)

Elizabeth brushed her lips against Victors, it was just a second, a second where the title of 'Ace' did not exist and where it was just two people, it was a second too short and yet a second too long, almost everlasting but she couldn't forget just as easy "I have a patient waiting on the infirmary, will you wait for me?" she asked whispering the words against Ace of heart's lips.
"Oh! yeah... here" Marcie said handing ace a key "In case you need to go out...and if anyone comes just tell them you are my friend" She said in a hurry as she walked out the door. and ran to catch the bus.
Once in the bus she could look at her reflection and noticed just how messy her hair was, she gave a heavy sigh and tried to give so order to it with not much success, as the bus arrived to the stop near the hospital she just forgot about it again and ran her way up to Matt's room, she didn't even took the elevator, it was always too slow... when she finally reached the room she was almost out of breath "Sorry" she whispered as she tried to even her respiration and looked at Ashle apologetically.

Eight suddenly woke up from his slumber and hurried to get ready. He went to the infirmary, knocking just in case.

"It's fixed," said Tao. "I'm not supposed to move it for a few weeks..." He smiled. Then he heard the knocking. "Quick! put the covers over your head! Someone's coming..." He then ducked underneath the bed,
Ashle nearly tackled Marcie. "You're okay! Oh my god, I thought something horrible happened to you! I was going to call but I don't have your number..." she said, going nearly a hundred miles a minute.
