They're a little over 2.5, but this is my only chance to put them up today. If you think they need walking, feel free to take them.

Please remember the only way we can walk your eggs/hatchlings is if you add the words "PERMISSION TO WALK" to your post. Otherwise all we can do is give you our one click. Far too many are short on time and there is nothing we can do to help without your permission.
There are some on here that are very short on time and ther is nothing we can do to help without your permission. crying

Need a lot of help, as he only has 0.33 days remaining, and less than 300 unique views. You have permission to take him for a walk anywhere you like. He needs all the help he can get, poor Magi. (First time I've adopted with less than an hour left. razz )

Because of the new rule regarding posting eggs not your own, I would propose we ask a mod to either lock this thread (to start a new one) or else edit the front page of this one.
Then in addition to the "2 days or less" rule you can add a clause stating that posting in the thread is providing permission for the eggs and hatchlings to be posted by someone else on behalf of the scroll-owner. That way if someone forgets to provide express permission, the mere fact that they posted it will suffice.
Real companies do it all the time. "Use of this product implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed herein" and all that.

"Use of this product implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed herein" and all that. I like that idea. I also think the Emergency thread should be ran like the sanctuary. All eggs and hatchlings added to the front page for clicks and views. That way we can monitor the ones out that are not emergencies and the walkers would have everything right there to grab for their walks.

I thought of starting a thread with the obvious title 'request off-site and egg-walking assistance HERE' or something similar. Then anyone who posted would clearly be giving permission for us to take the dragons and post them elsewhere; all that would remain would be a way of showing that their eggs are their own and we could put that in huge font in the first post.
But since the debate is still going on and the poll is going well with around 70% for being allowed to help emergencies without permission, I was sort of just waiting what would come out of that first, before we'd start to rearrange our forum structure. I'm keeping my fingers crossed TJ will listen to the figures on the poll and amend the rule, at least for emergencies.
