Pheonix walked outside stretched and then began leaping from tree to tree in the nearby forest. he was working on his reaction and balance skills, plus he wanted to focus his energy though his senses so he continued this for awhile and then sropped down nearby a lake. he was wondering if his movements had gone unnoticed. he crossed his arms and leaned up against a tree closing his eyes and thinking quietly to himself. "good to be alone, even if it tears at my heart to see theese happy couples. I found love once, i don't need to find pain.."

he looked down at the ground and shook his head for a bit ignoring the two people there and tried to keep his mind in focus. "i don't need to think about her right now... everytime i do i get into a rage.." he looked at the water and sat down at the water's edge focusing his mental energy and seperating the water whitch was incredibly hard for him to do but it helped him train his mind, and abilities.
