I wanna go on missions and talk to people and junk. Then I can come back with better inspiration to finish my training.

Right now...Sypher is with Septima in the hot springs. Does your Oc like birds? If so, he can go to Sypher to ask him about the summoning since Sypher's the Bird Sage.
(psst! Don't mess with Septima ._. she can get scary.)
