I get roughly six hours of sleep or so on a regular work day since I sleep around twelve or so and my alarm goes off at six.

themightyjello Chris Custard Lol at being nearly three times deeper than the deepest point in the ocean. Clearly it's a PORTAL TO HELL. I think being crushed by that much pressure would be worse. sweatdrop Also, why don't you people just go to bed earlier?

I refuse to go to bed before 2AM.
Even when I need to get up at 6.
My average day is 4-6 hours of sleep, depending on whether or not I was doing something worthwhile all night.

Breaking a regular routine reduces your life expectancy. But aside from that, since I dont think anyone really cares how long they live for, people get use to a routine. Straying from it basically ******** them up.

I don't have a sleep pattern... I don't think I really have in like the last 6 years. Insomnia and college have done away with any semblance of a routine.
I generally average 2-4 hours of sleep a night. gonk
One of the things I'm looking forward to about spending my break with Ed, I always sleep like a baby in his arms ^_____^

I slept ten hours today, it was nice.
Usually my range is six to eight though, depending on if I wanna catch The Colbert Report.
