If you technically think about it. We ARE the third generation. You and I, Jashu.
The people from the first RoTS would be the first generation. The people who founded this RoTS would be second and we would be third. Thus you are technically creating a fourth generation.

Kama (mizu) 1st gen
Kama (akasun) 2nd gen
No 3rd gen
Akuma Mizu 4th gen

yeah I'm on my third generation too. Kama was orginally a completely different person. Then when the barton town thread died... well no one knows what happened to that generation... then Kama was reincarnated as an Akasun. And now I have little Akuma who has budded into a completely new person from Kama.

if i coose to join a different clan in a different village since i'm back to life do i keep all my techs/skills except the ones i learned in my old clan and village???? neutral

Yes, you get to keep them, besides the clan tech's which exchange to new ones in your new clan.
