I say kudos on making a non-standard creature Jans. It gets a bit boring having all beings human or humanoid.

Yeah, I thought it was an interesting idea too. I picked up a copy of Beet The Vandel Buster at Borders today and was looking on the section about demon created monsters. Got the idea from there and thought to myself, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if I took all the little cool traits that I had to throw out because they don't fit into any one character and made them into PNPC monsters?"
Wha-la! xD

Personally I like using duplicates so that once they die I can still animate them to an extent for sneak attacks and stuff. It's fun to be unorthodox.

^_^ My friend Tac is fond of that one. Unfortunately I can't try out any of my new ideas on him and the other good Rpers that float around the decaying remains of the GPD until I actually go through the storyline for it. =P Viper is a canon character around the GPD.
But yeah, back to Tac, you want to see unorthodox you should try fighting against a guy who can fire time dilation pulses and legally see what you're going to do before you do it. >> Kinda sucks to be a bad guy right around then.

Unless you are a being that doesn't actually exist. How do you read the moves of someone that's not actually there? I tend to play a variety of styles but lately I've used Shadow to experiment with some new styles like keep away and body switching. Wolf is my primary and he's about to introduce another type of fighting very soon.

Wolf is my primary and he's about to introduce another type of fighting very soon. -_- That's the beauty of it, he isn't reading the moves, he is taking a brief glimpse into the future to see what happens. He can only use it one or two times a day but when you're TRYING to blow up a city with a nuclear weapon him suddenly knowing exactly what you're going to do is seriously pissy. Anyway! I think I like this new style I'm using with Viper, his red blade is very versatile and the larger one has a good deal of power. The style has several different aspects, which is appealing to me because it keeps the enemy guessing. At least, until I run out of stuff to surprise my enemies with. >> Must be careful and stingy with the secrets ya?

I've always wanted to experiment with multiple personality characters, but I could never find a good medium. The one character I have going that works to that end is kinda stuck in a dead RP. -,- I'll have to watch and see how it goes with you.

It's actually a return for me. I'd started it a couple months ago but then I split the personalities so that I could RP in different guilds at the same time.

*whispers* You guys should try timid and weak sweatdrop it's harder then you'd think...takes a lot of skill to be in a world filled with demons, monsters, and any and every kinda bag guy imaginable when you don't have enough power to light a candle of your own free will, and when you finally are able to tap into the vast well of power at your disposal you can only hold it for about 5 or 10 seconds before you body starts to destroy itself whee that's hard!!

I have played a weak character before. Yeah it's tough but my main enjoyment is on character interaction over actual raw power.

^_^ I actually have a character who fits that bill. One of my original characters by the name of Eagle is so shy its almost debilitating. He's a psychic, one of three. His telepathic powers freak him out because he can't control them and when he sleeps his telekinesis tends to rearrange everything in the building around him. Other fun characters include a very human man with amazing powers who can't let himself feel human emotion without destroying things. It sounds like it would be easy to play but its really hard to play an important good-aligned character without being able to connect with anyone. Then I have a pirate... xDDD
