I have something I wanna find out. On FF8

Get this. My ex and I had an agreement, right? He transfers the old phone bill from my name to his name as long as I pay the storage room bill. So the last 2 months he HASN'T TRANSFERRED. The phone bill keeps getting taken out of my account, which overdraws my account and therefore renders me unable to pay for the ******** storage room. So today I look at my Wells Fargo account. Lo and behold, I am fifty dollars in the hole, thanks to QWEST COMM AUTO PAY. Ironically, forty-nine dollars is what the ******** storage room costs. So I call Randall, leave a message saying that he's pulled this s**t on me for two months now and I am cancelling the phone service as soon as I hang up, then I hang up and call Qwest. Not as soon as I am in the menu pressing the button to cancel service completely and talk to a rep, he calls back on the other line and I switch over. HE is all angry because I did not pay the storage room bill for two months. I explain that this is because the phone bill got taken out of my account two more times than it should have, overdrawing my account and wasting the money I had put aside for the storage room. This is the third time it's happened and now that Qwest took my old employee discount away and grabbed the full phone bill, I am even more screwed and am going to lose MY phone in order to pay his goddamn phone bill and storage room. He counters saying that I promised to pay the storage room as soon as I moved out. I counter saying the exact same thing I stated above. I then state that if he can't transfer the phone bill to his name like he PROMISED to do TWO MONTHS AGO, then I am cancelling that phone bill this instant. His voice becomes nervous and angry when he says, fine. He will transfer the phone bill and pay me back with the coming paycheck as long as I pay the storage room bill. I say, fine. I intend to pay the storage room bill as long as I have the money to do so. He plays a guilt trip with me saying they have twenty dollars left right now until Friday, and they were going to eat food with it today but they can give it to me right now and pay the rest back on Friday. I say no, because I know as well as he does how tight things get before payday, and I will wait until Friday and only want him to transfer the phone bill, and I will pay for the storage room. He says fine and hangs up. I fume.

This is another eighty dollars out of my account, thanks to the phone bill AND the overdraft fee which accompanies it. Fifty dollars was to go to the storage room, and thirty dollars was to go to MY phone bill. Do you see the catch 22 here? I sure do. And boy, does it make me mad. As soon as I wake up on Friday morning, not only am I paying the storage room bill, but I am going to wake up Randall and drag him physically to the storage facility to transfer the name of the account there to mine. If I am paying the bill then I should at least have that security. Correct?
