He was in a total battle fury. Nothing but wild roars escaped his jaws, and everything seemed bathed in a shade of red to him. He was beginning to turn Feral, a form of his that was extremely dangerous to anyone, not just foes. His claws were sharper then ever, and his tail was longer, the bladed bone honed to a scything edge. He was larger, but more powerful as well. Every blow of his could have shattered steel and kept going, every movement could have never been seen by a normal eye. He was fast, strong, and angry. The Mage changed his form over and over, trying to find something that would kill this crazed beast. Every scrapping of claw against the golden scales, now harder then diamonds, only infuriated the dragon more. Fire had begun to leak from the golden eyes, bathing them in a burning glow of heat and light. Without even thinking about it, he sent the fire throughout his body, letting it escape from his tail blades, his claws, his wings, and his roaring maw. The heat from his body and the Fire was immense, some of the stones in the walls began to crack. This was no mere flame, this was true fire, this was Dragon Fire, Darastrix Ixen, living flames.

Shaydra narrowly escaped being stepped on over and over. She knew that even now, her soul was connecting to the rat's body. She felt immensely unsanitary.
Then a paw slapped down on her tail, and Shaydra froze, terrified. But the paw lifted up, and Shaydra scurried away, and not until she was in a safe corner that she realized that paws would be very unusual. It could be Lex, she thought, and she ran after the paw, knowing that she would have to risk it.
Then Shaydra saw that the tiger had turned into human. "Lex!" she squeaked, though she knew she was speaking in the language of rats. Lex didn't hear her.
The mage screamed, and turned into countless things, trying to avoid Sigilos. Then, desperate, he shouted a spell and transformed. A shield sprung between the two, and before Sigilos could react, a bat flew into the night and away, dissapearing three feet from the castle.

Lex checked the bottom of her foot, "Did I step on something?" She shook her head on concentrated back on the task at hand, getting both Shaydra's back together.

Shaydra squeaked loudly and leapt onto Lex's foot, biting it gently. Then she scampered up her form and into the tree where her body lay. She grinned, revealing several sharp rodent teeth, and scurried over her own body, sniffing for injuries, feeling strange.

Lex jumped in surprise. " A rat!" she watched it sniff Shaydra's body and sat there, full of wonder. "What is it doing?" She asked out loud.

Shaydra stood on her hind paws and jumped up and down, anxious. Too long and she would be in this rat body forever. She waved her front paws and squeaked really loudly. In reality she was saying, "It's me! Shaydra!"

Lex went over and turned into a rat herself, hoping this would help her understand what the other creature was doing.

Shaydra grinned. Then she said, knowing Lex would understand, "Hey, it's me, Shaydra! I need to get back in my body!" She couldn't help waving her paws furiously. "Do you have a sort of gemstone?"

Sigilos came out of the castle, walking slowly, blood flowing from his wounds into puddles as he walked. They left a grisly trail on the stone floors. He leaned against the tree, breathing heavily, trying to control the Bloodwrath that flowed in his veins. He took several gulping breathes, then stood tall again, opening his eyes. He was calm, but the red was still fading from his eyes. He healed his wounds with a single thought, Shifting them all closed, then looked up at his sisters body.
*Shaydra? Shaydra, what are you doing there?*

"Uhh...no..no gemstone, what else will do?" Lex's eyes followed Shaydra's arms. Then she heard Sigilos and looked back at him, "What happened to him?!"

Shaydra whipped her head in the direction of the gold. "Sigilos!" she squeaked in rat talk. "Oh, that's right, you can't understand me." She began pointing to her body, then her, squeaking desperately.

"Your a rat hun, its gonna be hard to understand you, no matter what you try." She turned around and jumped off the tree, changing in mid-air into a human. "That rat is Shaydra, she needs a gemstone." She said calmly to Sigilos.
