((whee im back...poor jou ;__; lol but it all amused me in some way...*sniggers* ))
The sunlight yet again started to peek through the blinds of Yuugi's room. Making him wince as the light shone on his eyelids. He stretched and then opened his eyes, to stare at the wall for a moment.
"Did Malik ever come back?...I fell asleep almost right then..."
he started to talk to himself as he shifted his position to sitting on the edge of the bed. He still wore his clothes from the day before, so he decided to get dressed in some other clothes. He stood up and grabbed a black long sleeved shirt and some jeans. After slipping them on he quietly made his way to the kitchen and put some bread in the toaster. He leaned against the counter, looking out the window. The sun lit the kitchen up without having to turn on any lights. He shifted his gaze back to the toaster as it popped the bread up. Taking out the butter, he slowly spread it on the toast and sat down at the table. He still felt sort of sleepy as he started to bite down on the toast.

Malik felt the side of his face. It was cold with the slight freezing wind blowing against him as he walked back. There were barely any signs of people walking down the streets now. It was near the time when people would go to bed. He was tired and his eyes felt heavy. Quickening his pace, he ignored it all and tried to get back as quickly as he could.
Walking up to the shop, he put his hand on the knob. Malik then realized he doesn't have the key to open the door. He slightly panicked and thought about going back to Bakura's. Out of habit, he turned the knob anyway without noticing. Suddenly, the door flung open and he fell forward. He caught his balance before falling face first into the floor.
'I guess I forgot to close the door after I left. That's good.' He closed the door and locked it this time. By now, he was too tired to take a shower and change out of his clothes. He took off his jacket and threw it on top of his bag. Flopping down on the couch, he made himself comfortable. Within minutes, he fell into a deep slumber.
A few hours later, he opened his eyes and blinked a few times. It was morning already, but Malik still felt a bit groggy. He sat up a bit and brushed the hair out of his face and rubbed his eyes a bit to get the remaining feeling of sleep out of them.
((Wow, long post. Needed to catch up to everyone. XP))

Bakura didn't notice Jounouchi walk into the kitchen when he did and just continued to focus on making breakfast for himself and the blond haired boy.
((OOC: I had no time to post earlier and I was supposed to be sleeping over at someone's house but well a lot of stuff happened and I decided to come home at 1:30 in the morning so yeah, just got home about 7-10 min ago u.u sorry again for not posting earlier.))

Jou stood and watched Bakura for a minute when he walked into the room. The theif seemed totally occupied with his cooking, and Jou noticed that he'd slipped a shirt on.
-Hm. Wonder what's up with that.-
Trying to be quiet as possible, Jou opened the fridge and pulled out a carton of orange juice.

Bakura looked over at Jou when he heard the fridge door open "Oh hey, you're up." Putting down the spatular he was useing to cook the eggs he went and got a plat and then lifted up the pan and spatula again and pushed the eggs onto the plate. Just then the toast popped up out of the toaster. Bakura grabbed them and quickly cut and buttered it and placed it on the plate aswell. He then brought the plate and set it over onto the table where ther was already a knife and fork waiting. "Here, you can eat first Jounouchi." With that Bakura grabbed the two other eggs sitting in a small empty bowl and began to make his own breakfast.

Jou turned to look at the food first, then Bakura. "Thanks..." he mumbled. He still didn't feel like talking. -But he's going to start asking questions if you don't change your attitude Katsuya. Gah, I can't go moping around!-
After sitting down and eating almost half his food, Jou pulled a little bit of his attitude back together. Jokingly, he said "Not bad. I'm surprised that after 3000 years in a piece of jewelry you can still manage not to kill with your cooking!"

Yuugi continued to eat the toast as he blankly starred outside. It looked as if he was dazed by something. He finally blinked and turned his head back to the table. Feeling thirsty, he pushed the chair back and went over to the fridge and pulled out the orange juice from last morning and poured himself a glass. He sat back down and drank some of the juice. His eyes still had a blank expression. He then started to poke at the other half of the toast, not feeling hungry anymore. He put a bit more of the bread in his mouth before drinking more of the juice. He put his head in one of his hands, while the other played with the toast. He still felt sleepy and didnt exactly know what to do.
"I wonder if anyone is up..."
he muttered quietly to himself, drinking more orange juice

Bakura chuckled a bit "Like I said, I kind of have to know how to cook atleast simple things since Ryou's not around much." Bakura looked over and noticed Jounouchi was slouched over a bit and eatting at a normal pace...well normal for most people. "Are you feeling alright Jounouchi? If you don't like eggs I can make you something else to eat."

"Y-yeah, i'm fine, don't worry about it! Just not hungry right now is all. Food's fine." Jou turned his head a little to give Bakura a smile he hoped was convincing enough.
"You know, first day away from home... feels a little weird."

Bakura stared at Jounouchi for a minute "Hmm, I suppose, but you're giving off a feeling that something's wrong, you can change beds if you didn't sleep well, or go take a nap." Bakura was beating around the bush a bit, he would rather have Jounouchi say something first, rather then have him say something and Jounouchi get all worked up over it.

-Ok, forget the 'nice save' comment.-
Jou started to get a little over-defensive. He kept himself from looking at Bakura and spoke sternly with a reasoning tone, "Nothing's wrong! I just had a rough night last night. " -Which is the truth, so i'm not lying!- "Besides, you have more important people to worry about other than me, don't you?" Jou stabbed his fork into his toast without meaning to, starting to lose the act he had tried to establish.

Bakura placed the spatula down on the counter again and walked over to Jounouchi and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Just exactly how much and what parts of that conversation did you hear?" Bakura questioned him. "Because it sounds like you only heard part of it, and probably the wrong part." He tried to talk calmly so as not to upset him any further. Bakura was done beating around the bush, he knew now that Jou hadn't been asleep last night and he wanted to get this resolved.

"What makes you think I heard anything?"
Jou tightened the grip on his fork and flinched at the touch of Bakura's hand.
-Damn, he's too perceptive.-
"And even if I did..." He admitted slowly "I heard enough. What, upset now? Upset that you can't play around with me anymore because I know what's really going on? Newsflash, Bakura!" Jou (now a tad bit angry) stood straight up so he could look Bakura straight in the eyes. "I don't like being used! If you want something to entertain you that much between your make-out sessions with Malik-kun then go get yourself a REAL dog!"

Bakura stared at Jou and actually froze up a bit, something about having Jounouchi yelled at him made his chest feel tight. "We only kissed a few times...then we decided to stop, I told him how I felt about the both of you and then he just left." Bakura spoke, trying to keep his voice calm. -Gods, he's never going to believe this, even if it is the truth, he won't believe it, just because it's me.-

"How you felt about the both of us...?" Jou repeated, faltering a bit. He was still angry now, but a little less so. He swallowed, still looking intently at Bakura's face. Something seemed be different... but he didn't know how. -Does he actually feel bad about this?- "What exactly is that, then? How do you feel?"
