*Cay jumps as she aims the guns at him and the shots pass through the air where he was standing. He's on a fire escape above her now. He fires a crossbow bolt down through the grill of the floor and hopes that he gets her. He can barely see her because of the grill that's holding him up.* I have a hobby. I hunt wolves... I even help the unemploymant problem with my staff, although one of yours killed two of them.

He walks out of his room after getting dressed, yawning again as he does, he then notices his key on the floor and reaches down to pick it up and returns it to his pocket. He looks around the room, eventually he spots the note reading 'Psycho-Vamp'. His eyes widen. "..Oh s**t." He runs to the window and opoens it, immediately leaning out to try and see if she was anywhere nearby. Noticing her running down the street, he snarls and grabs his weapons. He climbs out onto his window ledge then jumps down onto the street below, following them as he lands.

Hearing the bolt hit the ground near her, she heads into the city. She kept running, her throat stinging with each breath. Heading onto one of the main streets, she crosses and ducks into the alleyways. "Maybe crochet? Patchwork? My God, they even do pottery classes now."

*Cady runs after her and as he runs away the little clockwork timer in the bolt causes the barbs to pop out of it. It flips over as they do. Cady jumps onto a truck thats passing and off again so fast that it barely knocks him off course as he lands a little unsteadily on the other side. He runs into the alleyway after Xan*

He manages to keep them in-sight, despite being pretty far behind the two. He follows the Vampire onto the main street then into the alley, preparing his guns as he follows.

Slowly opening the communial door, she seems uncertain. She steps in though, and waits for Kinikki to lead the way up the stairs. "You have the key, Master of the house." She bows, while smiling.

He smiles as he steps in, taking her hand as he does. "I'll get you one cut tomorrow." He kisses her cheek then closes the large door. He then leads her up the stairs slowly.

Following him up the stairs, she see's the bolt has been taken from the door the Vampire was waiting behind, though the wood was still splintered. The small device that had given off that awful gas was gone, too. Yawning as she turns back to Kinikki, she hopes it was the cleaning lady.

He unlocks his door as he gets to it and steps in, yawning slightly as he does. He holds the door open for her and closes it once she steps in.

Undoing the belt with her weapons on, she lets it drop to the floor as she stretches. Picking it up, she puts it out of the way before yawning again. She went to the kitchen area, and fed the cats before washing her hands and leaning on the work surface.

He stretches, remaining in the middle of the room. He blinks and opens the bottom of his shirt, examining the mark the bolt had left on his stomach.

Joining him, she gently runs a finger over the scar, before sighing. "At least it didnt barb you.." She smiled, before gently pulling on his shirt, and heading to the bedroom. Once she's out of his line of sight, she cheerfully shouts "Goodnight."

He blinks and watches her walk off, he then looks around the room before shrrugging and following her into the bedroom, closing the door behind him.

Awakening the next evening, he yawns. He looks at Xan, smiling slightly. He kisses her forehead. He stretches as he rolls out of bed, trying not to wake her, he then pulls his clothes on slowly. After having done that, he walks through to the kitchen. He rubs his eyes and notices a pretty destroed looking envelope poking through the letter box, he pulls it out and opens it, reading the letter inside. He sighs. "Revolt in Washington. Great." He slips the letter into his pocket and looks around for a piece of paper. He finds one and quickly writes "I'm needed in Washington, small revolt going on. I'll be back later tonight. Love you!" He smiles as he sets it on the sideboard, he then walks over to the window, opens it and leans out, pulling a red rose from one of the hanging flower baskets outside then walks back over to the sideboard, setting it beside the note. Grabbing his coat, he sighs as he opens the door and steps out of the apartment, closing it behind him.

After leaving the apartment block he pulls out his keys and unlocks his car. He slowly gets in, slipping his shades on once he's in the drives seat. He turns the key and starts it off, then drives in the direction of Brooklyn Bridge, out of New York.
