 Taken with the crap camera on my computer. Gotta love those built-in iSight cameras or whatever they're called.  At Thanksgiving. I'm a weird little freak.  And that would be homecoming. I hate formal dresses.

Formal dresses do suck (well, most the time >.>; ) but I rather like yours... though it may be due to that I like your necklace; It looks like a pair of earrings I own.
Either way, could be way worse. I was forced into something shiny and pink so I could visit my old schools winter fest. Apparently girls can't rock a tux. *pout*

As for shorter hair: I tried that in my freshman year. REALLY didn't work out well. I can curl it at this point and, with a ridiculous amount of effort, straighten it. Short hair doesn't curl well for me.
As for camera-loathe, well.... I do hate cameras. I just don't usually show it, only manage to generally avoid them. However, my parents have this uber-camera, and can manage to take some decent pictures when I don't expect it. That'd be the second one. The third was because they wouldn't give me my car keys until I took pictures and, lacking a date as always, I needed my keys to get to the dance. I can't remember why I took the first one. Something to do with my friend, boredom, and an insane sugar high...

 My hair is usually straight or slightly wavy, but I curled it for a night on the town w/some friends. I love how I'm one of less than half the people in this guild, let alone on Gaia that are actually old enough to go clubbing. :XP: Here are two pics I just took in my room. Compare to those I posted in here a year or two ago if you want. I really don't think my face changes much over the years. Oh, and yeah...I'm not wearing any makeup in these, so sorry if my actual face scares you, lol. xd At least you don't have to see me every day. My daily routine does not include wasting time on my face...so this is how I look when I'm not doing anything special.

@ shelcombakasfire: you have no idea how much trouble my hair gives me when it gets windy, though, lol. It gets messed up so easily that I have to carry a small brush in my purse half the time. If I'm near an open car window, by the end of the ride I look like I've been going down the highway for an hour in a convertible. sweatdrop I'm one of those dorks that has 2 black hair bands on my wrist as part of my everyday getup "just in case". Oh, and I just looked back and realized that the pics from last year are no longer viewable. Here's what I looked like in april of last year if you wanted to compare.

Yeah...I know that feeling. It takes about 50-100 shots to get ONE decent pic of me...so I generally avoid cameras. kinda funny, there's actually a pic with some friends in the common room of my dorm at school where I'm hiding under the table and you can just barely see my foot because I'm trying to evade the camera. on another note, I miss high school dances. They were fun back in the day. 3nodding
