*putters around fixing some lightbulbs in the hallways muttering to himself about the poor work of the last maintenance guy* Wow that guy really knew how to install a light fixture the wrong way, I may have to replace all of these. *calls up Chii and leaves a voice message* You may wanna look for a janitor too, I do not have enough time to clean and fix all this at the same time!

*knocks on Lithia's door once again* Sorry to keep disturbing you but I am going to be making some noise in the hallway, just wanted to let you know. *gets his ladder out and starts replacing the light fixtures in the first floor hallway, making some noise with power tools*

*works his way from the front of the hall to the back towards the staircase, making sure each light fixture is wired properly and securely while replacing the bulbs with more energy efficient ones to save on power*
